SDA Hymnal

Difficult to read on galaxy S3.If font is enlarged enough to see then you'd have to scroll and shift around song to see all. Wouldn't go to preceding or next song by swiping. Not all songs have music.

I need hymn 251 please!!!!!!The chorus of the hymn 515 is missing,please i need. Still hv lots of mistakes. In hymn 330 stanzas 3 and 4 hav e the same " no longer mine" .please correct Great but missing one of the favourite hymns 446. I need the rest of the ten commandments pg 775 please

This app seems to be uniquely positioned amongst similar apps in that it includes scores. So I risked a purchase. Sadly, there has been no update since 2013 so I despair of these issues ever being fixed: Sometimes the app will freeze and crash. Swipe to next hymn gesture doesn't seem to work some of the time. Accidental tap to the next hymn is a frequent occurrence and there is no way to back up. Zoom when opening the next hymn should not be the default.

Really great app. Would help if default view was full page rather than zoomed in. Maybe it's set for a particular screen size? I don't remember it doing so in previous versions. Page turning could be a bit more smoother an responsive

The organ accompaniment help to learn new songs, give intro to hyms in a church lacking music instruments. It if fitting to small congregation and family use, please play more hyms

Starts up zoomed into top left. Also scrolling pages doesnt work very well. Great on phones but struggles on tablets. Needs some debugging and development.

It would be great if you would enable "Move to SD Card" because this App is rather large. Otherwise, excellent!

I have been looking for the SDA hymnal with sheet music. This is the perfect (and only, I believe) one. Now I don't have to rely on the few tunes I know but can learn new ones. I just wish it would open up at normal size. Thanks

With music sheets and many with organic mp3. Awesome. Improvements would be all songs with organic accompaniment and optional guitar chords. Thank you, this app is nearly perfect and a very real blessing to the glory of Jesus!

This is a good tool, but the more I use it, the more songs I find missing from the alphabetical index (they are present in the numerical index, which only helps if I know the number). It would be helpful if it also included guitar chords with the lyrics (letters with numbers is enough, tabs might be nice but not required), like a number of other hymnals. If I had to choose between the playback of hymns, which is great, and chords, I would have to go with chords. Continuous playback would be a big plus.

I thank God for this app. I can praise God any time with the songs I cannot recall the lyrics. One suggestion - pls add left/right swipe to go to previous/next hymns. Thanks.

Needs to be able to be moved to sd card to save storage space.

Developer included only a few audio. You open most of the songs and a message pops up: 'Audio coming soon'. In over 18 months not even one audio has been added to the original packged app. Donate your money to a better charity.

Clive Sale Says he loves singing, with music, its much more enjoyable for those of us who are not very good at reading music. With music we can at lease try and start the song on correct note.

Could easily be a 5 star if Significant zoom bugs were fixed. The tech help is non existent I reported a zoom issue that makes the app almost impossible to use over 2 years ago and nothing has been done to fix it.

This app seems to be uniquely positioned amongst similar apps in that it includes scores. That made it worthwhile for me to purchase. I like the thought that went into the UI. It was designed well. However, sometimes the app will freeze and crash, so it needs work there. The swipe to next hymn gesture doesn't seem to work some of the time. I also find it too easy to accidentally switch to the next hymn instead of double tapping to zoom. Finally, I would prefer if it did not zoom when opening the next hymn.

Would love to give 5 stars, but a couple of things need to be improved. I wanted the music, not just the words. On that score, this is a great app. However, can't swipe right or left for next song or to get to 2nd page of a 2-page song; e.g., #214, We Have This Hope". Very disappointing.

It should enrich my personal devotion.

My phone can't even download this app, even after I erased or downgraded every app possible to have 1.3 gb available space. Need to do something about the huge database. Perhaps make the audio a separate, optional download. I can't even try to move to SD because it never gets that far. Until this is fixed, don't waste your money. Two stars instead of one because when it did work on my phone, it was awesome.

Its awesome having the music notes, not just the lyrics. Just wish it was easier to turn the pages, like a book. But i love that you can bookmark your favourites so you can return to them quickly.

I'm sure you went through a lot to scan those pages. Good work. It would be good to be able to share songs though. Please consider this request.

This is a very good tool. This app is on its way to being excellent. Still a few shortcomings to sort out, such as not being able to flip backwards & forwards in hymns 2 pages long. Otherwise, a good tool.

Love the app, but scrolling does not work well, accidently touching the right edge of the screen will scroll to a next song, but touching the left side will not scroll back, but also scroll forward. By the time you get back to the song the church finished singing it. I bought it to replace the book, but if I had a test drive I would not have bought the app. Android 4.4.

I'm giving it 5 stars for effort. But the music is a tad slow. I already emailed you guys that you might want to increase the speed of the music by about 10 metronome points. Thanks.

This app I have wanted so long it is the best, just need more music to some songs and am good to go.I was just reading that all the songs have audio, but I don:t notice that in my version, is there an update?thanks for any help.

A phone screen can't display it all, and when scrolling through one song or shrinking the song to fit my display, it is often too easy to accidentally move to the next song. This is the ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five. Great app. Love it.

I love having it on my phone. It helps me on impromtu playing of piano on worships.

Good library of music. Would like to save bookmarks if device gets replaced or wiped though.

I love this app. As a church misician I like the fact that when the song leader calls a hymn, I can find it and start introducing the song before the congregation gets there. This is a blessing.
