MyID – Medical ID Profile

Every time I try to show my profile it says permission denied, how do I remove this? I know to tap under it but in case of an emergency I don't know if someone else would know this. If this issue was corrected the app would be a five.

You defiantly did not fix the problem with creating an account. I have tried many times to create one and it does nothing!!! Not happy at all

I just downloaded the app after ordering one of the MyID bracelets, but when I tries to set up my profile I kept getting the message saying there were "missing parameters" even though I filled in all the information. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this issue???

I can't log into this app. Have tried uninstalling several times. Keep getting error. For an emergency app, this is really concerning.

Before it updated I had a profile and now it is making me re-register and I can't make a profile.

In satisfied so far but I can't tell, or find, what additional features are added by upgrading and paying a fee. The box my safety bracelet came in says "free premium subscription for one year, basic subscription for life". I guess I'll have to call unless someone can explain this, or what the 4.95 per month is.

You can put your whole families allergies and meds on one bracelet. I love mine.

Just got it set up. Had issues setting up a profile on the app, but got near instantaneous response, and app works after setting up profile via browser. Looks promising.

Wouldn't let me make my profile numerous times. Hopefully it gets fixed but until then, the rating stays

I can't even login to this app! I just purchased the Sport bracelet and now I can't use the app. PLEASE FIX

One all of it should be free and two it dont work.

I'm so happy Endevr released this! So far the app is working great with all of the functionality of the web browser version. I really like the QR wallpaper idea as sometimes I may forget to wear my wrist band. Great work from a company who takes their customers advice and uses it!

This is great so when you need you medical information at a doctor's office.

Can someone tell me how to print a copy of the preview page?

My only suggestion is to apply a VERY light color (maybe blue or grey) to every other row when looking at lists to be able to separate items more clearly. Right now it's hard to glance and tell where each item begins and ends.

Seriously this blows me away. The level of integration is superb. My one frustration is that every time I choose a photo for the lock screen it tells me to choose another picture. I've tried about twenty so far. Anyone know a fix?

I love this app and was waiting for awhile for it to come out. It allows me to edit my profile from my phone vs having to run to my computer. It's convenient. The Scanning code as a Lock Screen worked create. Tested it out and it pulled up. :D I am not sure why people expect APPS or PROGRAMS to be free of charge all the time. Employees have to work to keep them updated. Who works for FREE? I know I don't and I don't expect the company who provides this service to either. It saves me the hassle of keeping a small binder in my purse and I for one, am willing to pay for the service. If one is not, that is one's choice but don't give a 1 star indicating the app doesn't work just because one is "CHEAP!!!"

Wouldn't allow me to enter my password a second time. Solved this by closing the keyboard and re-opening it. Then it insisted I was born in 1986. Could have scrolled the calendar all the way back to -- well, a long time ago -- but lost patience at that point. As it didn't seem to be professionally designed I guessed the rest of it wouldn't be reliable either. So it's gone. I haven't found a better alternative yet.

My biggest fear was the company could access and use my personal data. If you didn't read the terms of use they specify they can use and or transmit to ANY commercial or noncommercial source. Don't want ANYONE having access to my personal info

It's confusing to do for me .

This app needs material design to feel like an android app instead of a straight iOS port.
