Income tax return filing App

It is working wonderful but from today when I am trying for login it shows upgradation massage.but I click on link for update. Take me to play store but there is no update options. There is only two options one is open and second is uninstall. If I uninstall i Loos all data which I have stored and I press open button again shows update is available massage.

i filed return on it also paid Rs. 144 as fee. but when now i m opening app it is asking for update. on clicking it is directing to google play where no update is avilable. i am not able to see whether my it return has been submitted to it dept nor i got any msg from it dept of submission of it return.

When i complete my income data and this app open window to Pay and e-File now and i submit my Debit Card detail and press the pay and e file now button and i got always problem ...pls fix it..I am irritated.

Total Time wastage, after filling all detail it's not processing for final e-return payment showing slow connection although I am using 4G. I think application is developed for China, US or UK where probably 7G/8G available.

Worst app. It has taken all details and fees of Rs. 574/- before 12 am but filed return after 12 am (ie. After due date)

I had 4000 points in my account but now it is showing 0. Please don't cheat and one referal points has not been added.

I am unable to view any of the status of the older tax returns. Even after entering the correct captcha code this message keeps repeating.

It worked Ok since I installed. But now when I open it to get started, it says 'Update Now' where as it's already updated new version. Hence not working. Please look into it otherwise it is wasteful for me..

Exepert suugestion, good UI, Proper guidance, Stress free tax filing app. You can go for it!!!

Dear team, please check the app once I have installed updated version in my mobile but the app still asking update the application, please resolve the issue ASAP

Last year when i use this for e filing there is no charge but this they charge 350rs for the same.. why is it so..

When i complete the form first step and press continue than appear on the screen that "only English letters and numbers are allowed" i m confused

Sir app is very fantaatic. And the way of pay filling fee should be other than net banking debit card /credit card syatem because I have not ner bankig and debit card not accept etc

Rubbish It crash every time on back pressed who is developed this rubbish. Really never seen this type of app.

Its a fraud, pease don't download, money has been deducted from my account and no return flied by app, please dont use this fraud application, i have sent an email to helpdesk but there is no resolution and fraud, suspicious application, please dont share anything with this application.

I payed 259 rs for tax filing. Consider reducing the pricing amounts...

The app is not sending the OTP code on my mobile no. And i am not able to use this app

Its good one for e-filing returns. But started charges for filing while others are free filing

It is not matching to current Assessment year ie 2016-2017, it is only showing up to 2015-16.So nothing of importance to me as I have already got refunds for 2015-16.

Really a good app to know details however I am waiting for reply but it is easy and compatible to use

I cant fill ITR as i am Business proffessional , there is only option for salaried person income . Please update for business/ properieter Income ITR

Why don't you mention on startup about your fees? After filling full form you ask for fees. You are very cheap and unreliable. I hate your tactics. You must have made it clear about it. I will never suggest anyone to use your services.

I am not able to reset password. Forget password option is not working. your app is not able to reset. I have clicked on forget password. Then new page opened to search my account. I have sent mail but got revert that now we are not providing email support. I have to file ITR. I have entered my email id. And two mob no with account was showing. Both are My no. But after that when i click on any nothing is happening it is redirecting me to call to this no.

I entered all the required data and added member. It mentioned that the app stopped abruptly. I am not getting an option to add the member. My home page is blank. I re installed the app but it's of no use. It asks for mobile number and before the otp page appears, it says that there is some problem, back to home page.

I filled my ITR from this app. It is filled , and they charged 350 rs, other apps are doing free and even after that , when I downloaded my ITR-V, I am not able to open it because it is password protected, they in their app did not gave any hint that what would be the password for it. I mailed also to them but they haven't replied. Bad service.

Making incorrect IT calculation, outdated software not taking in to account the tax rebates offered in budget ay 2016-2017, other sites are better option than this, don't use this app or site, otherwise may be penalized by income tax department for wrong income tax assessment

Not able to merge my existing account. Showing incorrect username/email ID or password even though I can logon on website with the same credentials.

My return for 2015 16 has not been acknowledged yet and my return has been held for expert review...pai 114 for nothing.so disappointing!!!

I think this was five star app last year but this year not easy to file IT return on this app as ccavenue is interfering. Even after depositing required Rs114 no direct immediate response is received from app side.Only ccavenue sends email which neither confirm the receipt of payment nor described about status of ITR efiling

Don't install this app.. I filed a return through the app n dint get 1000 points.. Cheap app..

Last year income tax return filing was free if cost but thus year the app is asking for 114/- as the filing fees. Don't know why this happened ???

Very nice app. I filed my IT returns very quickly. Very simple and user friendly. Time and money saver.

No option of pre-fill from PAN or previous year, ITR utilities of income tax department are better than this and that to for free. Also refer and earn option doesn't work, it always says invalid code.

Why it's paid now. I move on another app. Where I file free. Why I pay than I have another option.

In this app tax filing status not coming from some days,pls solve the problem

There is no preview to look into the entire data filled in and to correct the mistake observed .There should be validation for each section of data filed. There should be instructions as to the lay out of the App.and correction procedure at the final stage.Tkt no.244287 no reply to several questions raised. No ITR V posted even after reminder .Provide suitable reply to all questions raised.Beware of this App. Otherwise you will suffer like me. Be it known to all.
