Just love it!

The wrist is disconnected from my phone immediately get out my app (not logged out!). It is frustrating. On my last iphone SE, worked very fine, but on Samsung Galaxy A5 2017, is not connection. I send you a mail, to your customer support team.

There is bad translation to the other languages except english, so I changed the language of my phone to use it on english The app is not intutively at all The connection with the warch is bad, so it does vibrate whet it disconnect each time, which is ennoying Basically mykronoz watch looks nice, but the app and interface need working on

Its 4 star because the distance coverage is low between phone and watch

I absolutely love this watch, I've been using it for 5 days now and it's been great. I only have one request, can you please consider adding an offline mode so that i can login without connecting to the internet. Beside this i love the simplicity the watch offers,and i really hope this fantastic little device won't be left behind so keep up the good work ????

All in all, the watch and its app is a dissapointment for me. First, the watch is basically useless without connecting with the app. To connect the phone with the app, you need to login, which requires online internet connection. It is problematic when you are abroad for example. I have no clue why a plain BT connection is not enough. My other watch works like a charm without internet. What is also frustrating is that if the watch drains out (which happens quite a lot and quite fast) it forgets the current date and time. The only way to fix it is to connect with the app, which implies online login again. You cannot set up anything on the clock itself. I would expect much much more user centric and usable app and device in these times when there are abundance of similar stuff out there competing with each other.

Dear Developers, watch is awesome, loving it so far! One little feature that'd make it superb for me would be being able to control Spotify with music app on watch. It reads name of the song, volume control works fine, but next, previous, play and stop does not. Thanks for you support!

Great watch. EDIT (2017-10-13) So I have been using it for half a year now. I am missing only offline mode. Very happy with watch and app.

Great watch, but always keeps disconecting. Will try with antoher phone soon

I love the watch. But its qwirky. I have to repair every couple days to have the correct time and date. But all of the other bells and whistles are awsome. You can set reminders, you get notifications from everything. And i love the free pay option. The sleep tracker has also been very cool as i have insomnia. So i guess all in all it is not a bad buy.

Watch is great only flaw is in the app i would like to see the watch be able to stay connected without the app having to be open constantly

I purchased this watch because it looked good and promised contactless payment but after discovering it doesn't even work let me down and i cant even return it. On top of that for some reason its not notifying me for phone calls or messages properly and loses connection to my phone. The app also constantly logging me off and having to make me log in every time is also frustrating.

Well, one thing what I don't like, is that the wallet doesn't work. Since I've got the watch, it's been written that it will notify me, when it is available. But it's almost 4 months and the message is still the same. And there is a small problem with the music player, when I want to increase the volume it drops.

Sucks wony stay connected to my phome nor wit the pay app or music work
