Your runner will follow one package at a time policy strictly and heads straight for the delivery location.

online delivery apps? MyRunner breaks this barrier by allowing you to simply name the store you wish
to buy from. The nearest runner from the store will reach the store, take your order, pay the store for
your merchandise and will reach your desired destination with your package. You pay for the merchandise
and the delivery charges together to your runner. Isn't this amazing!
1) How it works - Buy & Deliver
MyRunner provides you with a unique service of choosing a store in your city and hire the nearest Runner to
buy for you; item(s) worth not more than Rs. 2000/-, which are permissible by the law and possible for
delivery on a 2-wheeler.
On entering the name of the store in the app, the nearest Runner will be assigned who will immediately start
for the store you named. On reaching the store, the Runner will place a phone call between the Store attendant
and the person at Delivery; the person at Delivery shall place the order directly to the store attendant on the
phone. The Runner will decide if the item(s) is/are under the value of Rs 2000/- and if they meet the size and
the permissible law criteria. On his satisfaction, the Runner shall pay for the merchandise in cash, pick the
item(s) and start out for the delivery.
The recipient of the order at delivery must pay for the merchandise cost and the delivery charges (if applicable)
in cash.
2) How it works - Pick & Deliver
MyRunner gets your package from A to B in the most fastest, safest and the cost effective manner. As simple as this.
Simply choose the pickup and destination addresses on the map, view the total distance, expected time of arrival of
the runner, expected time of delivery after the pickup, total distance and the total cost of delivery. Place your
delivery order. The nearest runner will arrive your pickup location in no time, complete simple post pickup formalities
and start out for the delivery. You can choose to pay at the Pickup or the destination.
3) What can be delivered
Anything non-fragile that is permissible by law and fits into a bag-pack can be delivered. Of course, our bag-packs
are customized to fit even a 5 kg cake.

I'm changing 4star to 1 star. I have started hating the app. Because Service providers are making their service worse by themselves. Runner is not assigned even after 20 minutes and Runners request you to cancel the order. This all is happening to me from 6 previous Orders. I used to love this service but you made me HATE you.

1. Runner's location on app is not shown as in google maps. 2. For a particular location the pick-up cost is high, since runner's denies to just pick another parcel 10 steps away. 3. The runner is allotted very slow, if i am waiting for half or an hour, a runner should be allotted you can't say that no one available after getting so late.

Distance calculation is flawed. So customer has to pay more. The distance calculated for same route on google maps versus their app is higher in several cases.

The app is too good with reasonable pricing, but the app needs 2 more options. 1. An 'edit' option , through which 'time of delivery ' or 'venue' can be changed , if at the last minute there's a change of plan . 2 . Another option is to include customer's wishlist(optional) . wish u guys best of luck and happy delivering.

The idea is really good and appreciable, but the app is unable to fetch the location. Try to make a change and allow users to select locations of their choice from google maps rather than picking up their default locations. If this app works fine in future I think so many local and national startups including mine would like to use it as their preferred shipping application.
