Terrible!!!!! Just allow use to use phone number at the pump! Crappy rewards and gas stations!!

The app opened once then stopped working. Will not let me open it; it just force closes.

You have to press the back button to get to the main screen, which maybe could be made clearer in the app. For a minute I was thinking it was broken and I'm very tech savvy.

I just downloaded this app again and when you try to a local store....you can't even get past that point....it is ridiculous I see other people comment that simular issue....if you want to have a continuous flow of customers you really need to fix this app.

Got the rewards card and can't even use it.... downloaded the app and I can't get past the email and card entry.... soooo much for a discount card for gas

If the idiots in the reviews knew that you press a back button to get to the main screen.

Either this app is bugged or Spinx doesn't know how to guide their customers through the app because I entered my email address and card number and that's all I can do. There's no way to get past that point

I love the rewards this app helps you to achieve, however it is not at all clear how to use the app in conjunction with the card.

It used to work well, but it seems the new version doesn't work with my phone anymore.

As others have said,this doesn't work on my device. I can't use it to pay.

Loved this on my Galaxy S4. Upgraded to Note 5 and now it pops up the message about requiring an email every time I open it, even though my email is entered. I've tried re-entering it, clearing cached data, and even re-installed a couple of times, but it still won't show anything but the profile page. I've read other reviews with the same issue. The scan at pump convenience is the main reason I go to Spinx for gas, so now I'm looking for a similar app for other stations.

Bug for scan and pay at fuel pump has been fixed and their customer service is great. Love this app and rewards :)

I liked this app until about a week ago when it suddenly started saying N/A on the prices. I liked being able to know what I'm going to pay before I leave my house.

Getting better. I no longer have trouble using the app.

This app is too hard to figure out. None of these pics on the app details are what mine looks like. Edit to add: figured out I had to register my card and activate through email, which was being sent to a spam folder. Got that done - scanned qr code and put cash in the pump. The pump timed out so I went and got the cashier to fix it, THEN the app wouldn't rescan at the pump because it said I already started the purchase! Even though I SCANNED it before I paid then the app caused the pump to time out.

Can no longer pay at pump with app since recent update, so it's become useless to me

EVERY time they update the app it quits working. Have to uninstall/ reinstall to correct. Makes me like QT a lot better!

since downloading the new update the app will do nothing but crash. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times but still get the same thing, please fix this

Will not connect. Does not show the one receipt that it did connect on. Plan on uninstalling and that's sad because I visit spins at least once a day.

I like getting 5 cents off per gallon, and I also like the fact that you can add your bilo fuel perks card. Scanning at the register is very handy too.

Since the last update my app doesn't work. Tells me that I need to enter a valid email address, I did. It will not come out of user profile to allow me to use it. I have deleted it off of my phone and re downloaded with the same results.

If I touch the wrong thing while pumping, I lose my transaction. If my phone times out while pumping, I lose my transaction. I have failed to capture the last 2 out of 3 purchases.
