ok je ni....tapi app yang lama still used lagi ke tidak...kenapa tidak update yang lama shja...mytnb saja sudah ada dua...so yang mana satu patut guna???so weird make two app same time???

It says my ic not match account number even though both numbers are correct I checked many times, what should I do?

Applikasi yg bagus.Namun akan lebih baik utk aplikasi ni kiranya bole memperbetulkan data peribadi yg salah,sbg cth nama yg tercatat pd bil saya.Nama saya Rosmah,tp printed pd bil Rosman.

Baru download dan baru nak register.Bila nak isi no. telefon je app crash.Why la??

Easy to check and even not our own house (rental), still can register and see the latest bills. Good apps

1.On the spot payment update at app - soon after made payment online via m2u 2. At bill history - only have latest bill. Cannot check previous month

Tidak boleh register, bila nak masukkan nombor telefon, screen kembali ke depan

the app could be improve by allowing user to register bills that doesnt relate to their IC, e.g for rented house. the feel is good though a bit confusing at first. but overall not bad, still like the old app though

not relevant for apps that provide bill (report) asking give permission to access phonebook. So cancel my plan to use this apps. Our data are not free and also we need personal data protection and privacy.

How about the old app? The old mytnb still in playstore. Very confusing, which app should I use? This new app also cant recognize my old email account??

So many requested permission. Please consider to make it optional. For example, not all people want to scan barcode, hence NOT all device should grant camera access.

Retarded developer. Keep asking for IC, what the intention you have? Sorry I giving fake IC number. Moreover, I keyed in my house owner IC number, you mentioned wrong? Not sure if you app cacat or your staff cacat that's why wrong IC.

Old one better, can view all houses bill in one page. This new app need to many permission.

Too much permission required. Older version of app work just fine.

LOGOUT should put in dashboard , not in MORE - MYACCOUNT- LOGOUT

The update is good but why I can't see my bill and the usage?
