Many houses that are on the market are not on the app, I can't rely on this app at all and have to use different sites or I'll miss houses. (It is not my filters)

Love the detail it gives. Especially like that my agent can see what I like right away, as we just started looking, she has been able send us info on other properties with similar criteria.

Garbage. Can't sign up, layout of properties is s__t. Terrible app

Can't connect to my agent, who is in the system with BHG. Instead, the app stuck me with some guy, and nowhere in the app can I change it.

I am looking for a house that that has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths , 1800 square feet and cost $200,00. You don't have to much.

Easy to use. Helpful and detailed.

Nice. But not fond of all the messages the "we can't connect to our server. Please try again later."

Will not synch with website so any saved homes from the web are not in the app. My Agent does not synch either so it is possible to have two agents, 1 in the app and one the web. Thus, junk.

Lacks lots of basic features like x-out properties you don't like

Needs to use a similar gafmls near me feature that travels with you in neighborhoods

So far it's good.Only thing I DON'T like it's it doesn't give you the lot size

Horrible, It is obvious the owner of this app has given up, im not sure why it has not been pulled. The app cannot find homes in Seattle WA ?! Pathetic

The app need some tweeking works good it be better if provide us with info like the taxes price on the properties and extra info like flooding zones. Other than that its getting better .

For some reason I can only view one houses pictures at a time. If I try to look at a different house, it does not allow me to click on it. Making me exit and go back into the application. It's also upsetting the monthly payment doesn't factor in property taxes

This app is full of bugs & glitches that never seems to get resolved.

Why can't you search for nearby homes?

App at first login was not easy to navigate but once in home listing service were detailed with pics that were inviting easy to use easy to filter and save favorites. My chosen agent V.Johnson has thorough details of her listing services and her bio. Awesome app BHG

For some reason I am not able to add any homes to my favorites. Then that leads me to have to go through a huge list again just to find my favorites. That really stinks.

I loved that I can view the houses for sale near me

Saved searches won't let me sort. There is no way to hide homes that I am not interested in.

It seems like a good app, I have not used it yet but base my rating on others option on here. I will change or leaving rating as is after using it.

Very user friendly. Easy to refine searches to meet your wants and must haves. Simply amazing

Very informational . Extremely helpful realtors, who stay in touch with you personally. Nice homes available at reasonable prices. You can pick price range. Tyoe of home. Also, size and number of rooms. Thumbs up to this site!

It is not consistent and constantly showing up no listings available etc.
