Obvious that the author(s) read and understood the book. A feature addition once every 2 years would be nice for things like westside style. Aka weighted pullups/dips & pendlay rows.

App's used as a warmup set calculator for Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength powerlifting program. Does exactly what it says it does. If you want tracking apps, there's plenty of free ones, but that's not what this is for. Saved me a hell of time trying to crunch numbers for a workout before work.

It works as advertised, great to work out the warmup sets. I wish there was a way to export the sets and reps straight into Fitness Notes

This app is seriously a life saver. Haven't had a problem.

Still have issues with Max weight. The last warm up set stays at 165 no matter what the working weight. Also there don't appear to be a way to change from pounds to kilos and vice versa. Noticed another issue, squats seems to have 6 weight classes I.e 20, 45, 60, 70, 80 and work sets 80 rather than 5 like all the other lifts.

My issues were fixed. Going to evaluate the application more and increase my rating accordingly. Thanks dev!

The app reflects the same weight for all warm up sets. Just wasted my money.

This only "calculates" your warm-ups for a typical starting strength workout. It doesn't log or track your performance. $2 for a glorified excel formula? Avoid.

The formula on this app doesn't make sense. Seams like is picking random numbers out of the sky. Unsure of how Rip approved of this app

With the latest updates this is perfect! My only wish is being able to increment in 2.5 kg jumps.

This is a pretty simple app, but I'm giving it 2 stars because some of the information is incorrect. The main problem is that the working weight for power cleans has you doing 3 sets of 5 reps, when it's supposed to be 5 sets of 3 reps.

Other free apps allow saving of workouts etc like the format a lot though

Love it!
