Make Pixel is a free tool for creating pixel art based on patterns.
Select a layer and place it above the pattern you want by simply drag and drop the pattern on the grid.
You can then rotate it by touching it. Two modes are available, move and duplicate.
Your inspiration is the only limit.
Tips:

* While studying the images in the examples ;)

This is a tile arrangement app. I'm sure someone could make something that looks cool, but it's not a pixel drawing app liked I'd hoped. Layers are promising, if this added a pencil/brush/paint tool and the ability to re-size and zoom the canvas this would be amazing. But it does not so it's useless to me.

Weird concept, definitely original, or at least the first I've seen like it. I like the drag and drop concept, its like a puzzle but you make art with it. Its really nice for making pixel art. I like it. Thank you devs.

Im already loving it in a week.. I use this for little PC game callef minecraft where all things consist of blocks first I make it on this app and copy and paste said blue print im really loving it thank you creators!!
