I love it. Easy to use, just click on your acct and you can see all your claims and status.

App quits in the middle of taking a receipt Photo. Had to login 4 times. Finally just took a regular pic and did an upload from my phone gallery. So far it has only shown one month's balance and there should be two. So I'm behind a month in claiming my balance.

First claim submitted was declined due to app issues. No claim history in app. Unable to review claims other than in pending status.

When I can upload my claim with receipts on a Sunday and get my check in Tuesday's mail, I don't know how it could be any better. . . Except maybe if I set up direct deposit for my account!

It does what it says. It does not save your login I.d. so you have enter security questions every time.

FYI - for anyone having trouble logging in, you need to make a new username and password on NBS's website on their new web portal. Once that is done, you should be able to log in just fine. The app itself if alright.

It is very easy to use and I love being able to access my balances and expenses on my phone when I am not at my computer. User friendly!
