Major issues! 1. Loyalty membership barcode would not scan, yet the same number correctly scans on the Stocard app. 2. Thr 2 app informs me that I have one active coupon, one used coupon and I have no expired coupons. When I opened the active coupon folder it displayed a 50p voucher that needs to be redeemed by the 28th June (in 27 days time from date of writing). I gave the barcode to the assistant for my 50p discount, but it would not scan and when I read out the number the system said it had been spent. During the time we tried to figure it out a queue of 7 people built up. I'll use Stocard in future to collect points.

It took me ages to work out how to get to view, purchase, get to the website from it. Once through it works ok (given separate feedback on website search capabilities)

Doesn't work. Won't let me register. Doesn't say if anything is wrong with my details, just a generic 'oops' message. Tried reinstalling but no different.

It's very restrictive in what it does, I can't get to the shop or find out how to do it. My biggest gripe is the coupons have expiry dates. I really hate this why can't I decide when I want to use them or build them up.

Only use it for the vouchers. It would be nice to see perhaps the items I have spent on, how much discounts I received. Perhaps add my Vegan Society membership number so that the discount is automatic and tagged to my account.

You shouldn't have to login to use the app if you're browsing, especially if you know you're not going to buy anything online. Login should only be required if purchasing.

Bit pointless really as can't use unless you have a loyalty card. Can't order using the app unless you have a card but can't access the app to order if you don't have a card...

App needs updating to allow you to change your surname when you get married rather than have to phone the head office to do it,that's why I've only given 3 stars.

I just added this app and cannot even get stwrted! Can't login. what does RFL number mean anyway! does that mean your loyalty card number? it doesn't say... can't log in using post code or email so uninstalling

Can't login. Asks for rfl card number. Put in only number that's on the card under barcode & email address. Doesn't recognise. Deleted

I love Holland and Barrett, and this app let's me use my coupons and keep track of my points and update my profile. It basically does everything I want.

Store said I had just over £4 on my card but needed to get a coupon by email or the app so downloaded the app and my points are not showing up.

Bit pointless if that bit doesn't work .

Won't let me update my information, when I try app closes or crashes, -months later the app still not been fixed, different phone now so I know it's not because of my phone, come on h&b please fix all the bugs

What a load of rubbish. get it fixed and maybe I'll install it again until then it's not going to waste my space or time.

See your coupon, same as via email, but you can't shop in-app to spend it. Pointless.

Utterly useless app with no flexibility at all. Dreadful design and completely pointless. Avoid downloading.

YOU CAN'T DO THAT TO ME. I WASN'T READY TO USE THE POINTS BUT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION YOU JUST TURNED MY POINTS INTO A COUPON. WHY? I didn't ask you to do that.

Only for using instead of loyalty card and for checking points. Can't log in by name, had to use post code. Uninstalled.

Shows your points balance and displays QR code of coupon, but you can't look up products or prices.

Absolutely awful. Keeps asking me to activate my membership every time I open the app, then crashes. Also won't let you update your details. Pointless as you can't shop on it, or see previous orders etc.

Wot rubbish doesn't even recognise number on card or email address .... Wud give no star's if I cud.... !!!!!

After entering correct login details the first time, it just goes back to the login page. Entering incorrect ones does give an error though. Then it crashes every time I try and open it after that.

Can't even log in, save phone memory and don't bother downloading!

Makes it so much easier to have everything in one place and means I don't have to carry my card around

Latest update causes it to crash on start up. Unable to use it

A simple app, which had some essential features such as coupons (available, used, expired), member details and most importantly QR code. Some improvements needed, the removal of name, address and email details from the home screen as there is no benefit and I see this as a data security issue. The QR code needs to be at the centre and increased in size.

Doesn't work

Good that I can make sure my details are up to date but hoped that it would include products, special offers etc like most apps for shops.

I couldn't update my informations the app stops all the time I've been trying hope it will be fixed soon

App does not work it crashes and if it loads it wont let me add my card number, please sort it out

How can i get the app because i dont have a card need the number first.
