I'm going from a 3 star to 1 star. There aren't any improvements and the app basically became worse. The tech fair sneak peak doesn't work when you tap on it. Sometimes browsing and pressing the back button makes the app freeze. This shouldn't happen at all. Besides that, the deals aren't necessarily good or competitive with other dealers.

The filters are completely useless, trying to find a mATX motherboard... Let alone the socket I needed was a complete nightmare, didn't buy from ncix because of it. Terrible just terrible.

Don't bother with this app and don't bother ordering from NCIX unless it's a last resort, they're incredibly slow. Their stock checker is broken so you may end up ordering something that's back ordered or out of stock and you will get charged ASAP but end up waiting weeks for the item with no concrete ETA on its delivery.

Complicated UI and broken features. I does work for the important parts, like buying things, which is the only reason I'm not giving it 1 star. The "continue with Facebook" sign-in button doesn't even work.

Browsing on the website is still the better experience.

Terrible company! 7 months for a GPU replacement because they lost it!! Don't buy anything over $50 from them so you can accept the loss.

NCIX's app leaves a lot to be desired. The website is very useful and the stores themselves offer great deals. However, the app would appear to need a major overhaul.

It was draining my battery for some reason

Search is crap. Can't search within results. Very limited filtering options. I buy from NCIX all the time, but their website is easier to use.

Still the same issues as always despite updates to "fix 7.1".. Unable to scroll or view item details of any products or even click on images.. They need to fix, been avoiding purchasing from them cause if they can't fix a simple app, how bad they going to mess up your order?

On checkout the app won't let me choose "store pickup" without letting it access my location. This is not acceptable.

So far so good when it comes to browsing for products and checking your orders. I haven't actually used the app to buy anything yet.

My email uses the underscore character "_" and the app does not accept it when trying to access my account. Makes the app completely useless.

Drains way too much battery. Didn't give it any permissions and stills drinks battery in the background.

Promised 10,000 points by installing app but none to be found. Uninstalled.

This app is #1 on my battery usage even when it's not running in the background.

Can't find something simple like -only- mitx motherboards and cases. Lists seem to loop, so no telling if you ever reached the bottom. Suggested items have no relation to what I'm looking for. The website seems faster, smoother, more usable, and does not constantly flip orientation even when my phone is set to never rotate!

Spelling errors, plenty of non functional features. Cannot scroll down to look at item details can't tap alot of the buttons. Looks nice but it feels like the app is still in development.

Wrong prices listed on app. Ordered. Order cancelled. Ncix did not honor the error, and instead tried to upsell items after that... Items that were cheaper at all Newegg, CanadaComp, and MemoryEx. Avoid

I got the points, connected my account first try, although I will probably use a desktop to make my purchases or in store.

For whatever reason, I cannot scroll down anymore. This problem only exists specifically when I'm seeing an item. The home page can be scrolled, but anytime I select a product, I cannot scroll down or up.

Hence can't get reward point for downloading app :(

God. The damn search bar rarely works properly. The layout is terrible for functionality. About 99% of the time I try to use the app. I just end going to the website which is still kinda bad but it's way better then this. My lord.

As a ncix customer I was excited for this app and the points! But I did not receive any points for going through the steps mentioned. Scam?

Pick-up in store option broken (nothing shows up). I went to the store to deal with it but they couldn't locate my account/partnership, and the wallet money is linked only to the app. The guy told me there was nothing he could do. I ended up having to buy everything at full price and couldn't use my wallet money. Such bullsh*t.

I had the old app which worked well and was decent for browsing the site versus using the web page. The new app says network error on launch even after clearing app data and force stopping. Tried just LTE with Wifi off, but no difference. The app eventually launches but the UI looks like something from ten years ago. I can only access social aspects, with no products in view. Completely useless to me. Unfortunately I uninstalled the old app before confirming. Will use the website instead.

I love NCIX, but the app has serious issues. Every time I use the app gor more than just a few minutes, it stops loading any page information. The "loading" wheel starts, and then immediately stops. Please fix!

Can't do anything without network error and bugs.....guys do your work and check on newegg app. It's waaaay better.
