Plan your Open House weekend with the popular My Itinerary feature. Each listing is accompanied with transport information such as nearest Tube, Rail or Buses. And if you don’t know where to start (there are over 730 listings after all!), we have a specially curated set of “Picks” for inspirations.
NO WI-FI OR 3G NEEDED
See listing information and your itinerary even when you have poor signals or traveling on the underground. Once the initial guide information is downloaded (during first installation), internet is not needed for the App to work. And if you do have internet, you’ll be to see building photos as well as map information.

Want to see more than just what the buildings look like? Want to hear from the architects their design philosophy behind some of London’s most iconic features? Many listings provide guided tours and some even taken by the architects who designed the buildings! Just make sure you are there early as most tours has limited spaces.

It is a truly city-wide celebration of the buildings, places and neighbourhoods where we live, work and play, and a quarter of a million people take the opportunity to get out and get under the skin of London's amazing architecture.

How difficult would it be to put the pin on the correct places on the map?

Lumps everything together so "edit" only allows you to delete & not move things around. Everything marked for Sat & Sun gets lumped into Saturday, with no option to move it to Sunday. No organisational choice to move things into an itinerary by distance & times, first like means it goes first on list & only way to change it is to delete everything & start again. The map is confusing when putting both Saturday & Sunday routes on it (especially when some of your Sunday choices get lumped into Saturday). Fail!

I was hoping for pictures of places or at least some links to their websites. Nada. But what saved it for me was the ability plan an itinerary on a map showing what was open each day so I could work out a route. However, places that are open both days are shown as just Saturday which is misleading. I hope the designers will do better next year

Search function doesn't seem to work, even on WiFi. How hard is it to design using Material principles? An event I have booked into isn't listed (Crossrail tour at Bond St!) Overall, poorly executed and overpriced

Unexpectedly stops. Cannot use this app offline even if the description says you can. I love the event but not the app, will be reverting back to the hardcopy next year.

The search function doesn't work, even on wi-fi. I was going to use this in conjuction with the paper guide to orginise a group walk. I'm very disappointed.

Easy to use and map helps the navigation.

Last years app was supremely helpful and I used it more that the book, this year however I'm sat on a tube trying to use the app and it won't get past the loading screen. Don't rely on this you are gonna be in trouble. Very disappointed.
