Condescending and unprofessional employees. Female staff insulted us when we complained about unfair charges on our money they returned due to failed transaction on their part. Completely rude to us. On our way out, she managed to yell out an insincere "Sorry!" The manager just stayed put in his seat throughout and whatever he said to us didn't help defuse the situation. They may know how to deal with their fellow Filipinos because of shared culture, but they severely lack proper professional ethics.
