Crashes when logging on (using Nexus / Marshmallow), therefore pretty useless. Can't comment on the content as I can't get past the login screen.

I installed this on my new android turbo. App will not exit. Phone must be powered off.

Using on Android 2.3 it works fine. If it doesn't work on ICS then obviously that needs to be solved (though "dt" wrote earlier today that it works now, and there was an update on 20 April, so maybe they fixed it then). Let's keep in mind this is a very new app release. For a new app, this is very nice and useful. I definitely hope it will be improved and further developed with frequent updates, fixes and added features, but it's a nice start already. Speaking from inside NetApp Support, I would like to be able to edit cases, that would make it even better. Also one minor issue: the (physical) back button doesn't work for going back, it throws you out of the app, which is a bit annoying.

Very good app to get updates about risks in the filers. Overall a great app.

Doesn't work on my galaxy nexus. ICS.

Would love this if it ran on ICS. Launching on Vz GNex just goes back to launcher.

It would be nice to be able to bookmark system by host name and serial number rather than system ID.

I love this app. In the future I would like to sync my bookmarks with the full site and for the app to remember my password. Great work so far!

AutoSupport is riddled with false positives. I've spent the last few work days and a whole weekend chasing my tail for what? Discovered all of the corrective actions I've taken only made AutoSupport throw more errors which tell me the latest firmware for ACP, disks and Shelves are old - seriously? Opened a case to address issue and a day later it gets deleted. Oh, did I mention this app yet (which relies on AutoSupport)? Two words, "Error: Timeout". Flaky flaky flaky!

Nothing I try do do works on this app. It either error/time out/ or just plain can't find anything.

'Cookies must be enabled' is the error received when trying to login through the app...

the app is 2.5 MB, and they won't let you move to the SD card. Combine that with the limited utility and poor performance of this app, and this app is getting uninstalled. I think this might be a bit more valuable on a newer tablet if they were to fix it and add an ops manager / dfm interface, but it's nigh on useless to me on my phone.

As has been mentioned by Steve, it's a great first start, and if your back is to the wall it's very handy, and has most of the info you'd need. Place to improve 1) It's *MY* phone, don't make me log in every time. 2) I already have a now account, with all my filers configured, do I need to add ALL my filers AGAIN? 3) If I DO have to add all my filers again, can the book marks show me the hostname, and not just random numbers (serial/system id's). 4) Make the back button work sanely 5) Let me see the contents of auto supports. On the positive. It's very fast.
