The outdoor camera works well and the storage to Dropbox is seamless. However there are way too many false positives of "person detected" when it's actually just a bird feeder swinging in the wind. It detects pigeons and larger, also cats. Detection of rabbits sometimes works, but not always. That's a pity as it's one of the reasons we bought the unit.

The camera is a really bad product. I am sick of bad notifications (my cat is reported on a daily basis like being a car or a person). If do you have a pet, you should not buy this cameras. Also, the wind moving the leaves can be reported as a car/person/pet... so, the camera and the app are pretty useless! I am very disappointed by Netatmo!!!

Great app that helps us secure our home. Makes me feel safer after a robbery last year. Wish we'd had this before our house was broken into.

It works when it feels like working. Always saying "an error occurred (code:1)" and fails to download recorded videos.

The app freezes a lot for me. The light does not go out even after I choose auto in settings telling it to come on only if a 'person' is seen. However sometimes it does not make the distinction. Also, I thought the camera records every five minute intervals but there have been large gaps. The camera and light suit their purpose but the software let's both down. Sometimes the light comes on too late and goes off too early, despite the 'alert zone' being set. I would prefer sharpness and consistency in the software, it is clumsy at times ...for example the camera keeps picking up a car as a person, not all the time does it do this, but sometimes. Why? Its great that I can view what is happening at home from anywhere but it is only when I am at home can I pick up that the light is not turning off or that a car is being taken for a person. Please fix if possible. It would be good to have a timer on the light too, for exple it stays on for 10s etc. Otherwise this is a fantastic product and I have no regrets in buying it...but it needs some improvements for me personally. The light is impressively bright. Its staying on longer than necessary can be annoying to our neighbours or road users as we are on a busy road. I have clicked on 'improve detection' but, not so good. Its good but can be so much better. Thanks.

Update does not work on my Galaxy S7 edge. The app works on my ipad with no issues but I hardly use my ipad so this app is and camera are useless to me.

Only thing missing is the option to select multiple events at once to delete them from time line. It's a pain having to select one at a time.

A few glitches, such as video view splitting when going to landscape view, menu options vanishing and default app name of 'Security' need work. Does get the job done though.

Feels like a beta version, I have this app both on my phone and tablet and it is buggy on both. It does the job but needs to be stopped and restarted regularly to get full functionality.

Just the job for protecting a remote storage container. Connected off 4g router and intend to power from solar panels. Working at the moment, just hope the dynamic IP won't mess things up.

What changed in the latest version? What's new text is effectively a happy new year message and a link to Facebook messenger???

Does not work on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Every time I have tried to log in, it says "Could not reach our servers. Please check your internet access." Have tried everything over the past 10 months, wifi, cell service, everything. Tried contacting their customer service several times, and their response is typically 2 months later and they tell me to make sure to check my internet access(???). I just received another response from an email I sent over 6 months ago when replying that I really WAS connected to the internet. Cameras work decently well, need to be reset sometimes. But the android app literally doesn't work at all, will not even log in.

Works very well and let me know who and when is at home. Only my wife app has the problem with signalling her at home. I would love if the camera could be oriented a bit vertically so it would be possible to compensate the device height.

Generally find it good. Very simple to set up and use. Love the Netatmo protect features on the actual camera too. More vendors should offer both on board and cloud storage. It would be great if you could use pinch to zoom in both portrait and landscape viewing modes as the + & - buttons are a bit naff.

Still crashes on playback any device running android 8.0 and above. I confirmed this after swapping my phone and the problem persists. Developers have been informed of this months ago on the forum, no fix/ patch or update (or even acknowledgement) has been given. Good kit when it works, but no real support when you have issues.

Lags, slow playback, no sensitivity settings, gets triggered on audio and wind moving plants, and on all precipitation, way too often! Even when only people should be triggering. This causes notifications to get ignored, so when it's needed you're no longer watching.. Oh and app needs a night mode, dark or inverse color theme!

It's not bad but can't find an option to turn off sound activation. Most hours I get an alarm because a clock chimes. Also no option to change alert noise which is not very loud or long.

Totally useless app draining battery all the time and a clueless camera to pair with. Don't waste your time and money on this thing.

Works good, but loses the wifi connection a little much... or maybe my wifi is bad ????

For what it can do it does it yes sometimes it has issues but every tech does but when it works it works well

superb product, if you are looking to increase security (real easy to use) & need an LED outdoor light then this is the best & I looked. Everyone in the house can use it.

Images shown to identify unrecognised faces are so small that it is extremely difficult to be certain that you are verifying the correct person particularly when lighting is poor.

Love that I have more time in my day since I don't have to worry about vacuuming everyday. Does a great job!

It would be great to have the ability to rotate the image for mounting the Presence camera upside down! Otherwise, pretty awesome app & product.

Has been pretty dependable, uses a lot of network speed but works well on fast wifi

Would be 5 stars - freehand selection of detection zones would be great for oddly shaped gardens etc
