Sirius

Sirius es una aplicación que ayuda a gestionar las ordenes de trabajo de distintos perfiles, tanto las visitas de los comerciales a los hogares en el proceso de adquisición de clientes, como las salidas de los técnicos que realizan las instalaciones correspondientes en esos hogares.

Existen diferentes roles de usuario que tienen diferente funcionalidad:

Los comerciales podrán rellenar al momento los datos de las visitas que van realizando: se situarán frente al portal que vayan a visitar y se le cargará en el dispositivo una interfaz intuitiva para hacer click sobre la escalera en la que se encuentra, el piso y la puerta. Posteriormente seleccionará entre varias opciones lo que haya ocurrido en la visita y así de manera dinámica y rápida tipificar todo lo que ocurra no perdiendo tiempo en las visitas a realizar.

Los jefes de comerciales pueden comprobar las visitas que tienen asignadas sus comerciales y consultar un historial de todas ellas y del progreso que van haciendo con respecto a las asignadas inicialmente.

Los técnicos además de consultar las órdenes que tienen asignadas y ver la información, pueden enviar hasta cinco fotografías de la instalación realizada así como tener la posibilidad de generar una llamada al cliente desde la aplicación.

Los jefes de técnicos visualizarán los trabajos asignados a sus técnicos y las imágenes que éstos hayan subido a la plataforma.
