I have sent 5 reports to dci... all of the shows I have missed... and have heard no response. The app keeps crashing on my mobile Android device. A LOT of money was spent for this to work.

It is an excellent app because it has many good features it shows news, scores and many more things it is very helpfull appp......

Why would you block mobile browers. This app barely works on my phone and according to Google Play isnt compatible with my tablet. I paid for the full package and now and unable to watch some shows because you have the mobile browers blocked. Not cool.

Horrible! Paid to stream live and can't watch it since the app keeps crashing. Website says you have to watch on the app. The.Worst. So unhappy right now!!

App will only work on phone. Not available on tablet or streaming through chromecast. Who wants to watch on such a small screen. Subscription is not worth the money.

The app is great. Design is enticing. Only problem is that when I tap on an article, the one below it is opened. This prevents efficiency and is annoying when all I want is to see the story when I tap it.

Terrible! Have missed 3 shows trying to get signed in because my DCI log in and Google play accounts are different so they don't recognize each other. I am STILL looking for the drop-down menu where I can change Google accounts to my other email! Paid $100 to tap on phone for 2 hours and still miss the show. Sucks! DCI and Google play should get a divorce!

So the mobile website tells me I must use the app to view the live stream I've paid for, but the app crashes when I try to connect. EPIC FAIL!!!

Every time I try to live stream it force closes. Running latest android software 6.0.1 on a galaxy note 5. Same issue on my wife's galaxy note 4. Sent feed back and emails with no response.

Going to live video makes app crash. Galaxy S7 edge. No use for the app without the live video as mobile site is very similar.

DCI Live doesn't work on mobile browser, requires installation of the app, only to crash when trying to view live events.

DCI continues to provide poor technology to watch live events. You should not be charging for the service until you can make it work.

When I try to view DCI Live video in a mobile browser, I'm redirected to the app. Then the app crashes on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6). Tried to download the app on my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro), only to be told it's incompatible. Very disappointed.

Streaming video only works on one of my mobile devices. None of my Android devices. Not my iPhone. But it works on one of my iPads. What a crock DCI. Time to get a refund

You have to use the app to watch DCI Live in a mobile device but the app crashes as soon as you try to watch video. Completely worthless.

I am logged in and it's telling me I am not logged in and there is no video. I paid for this event.

Don't work

I love the layout and features for this app. Navigation is quick and smooth, and there is a ton of great content. My two complaints, though, concern the store and the score recaps. You can't zoom in on either of these, so they are very hard to read. The recaps are practically useless in this app because of how small they are displayed, and rotating your phone doesn't rotate the score sheet.. If they changed the way these pages are displayed or allowed you to zoom in, this app would be perfect.

Constant error occurs during live events

The only problem is you can't easily view recaps because it is the mobile site in an app.

App does not work. I am a subscriber but live streaming is not functional. Stuck on a loading screen forever...
