Great app for control but disconnects and unable to find device to reconnect

My brother has IPhone version and seems to have more options than android version. For example it tells him when to switch to other leg to allow the skin to breathe. Andoriod,What's up with that feature and others lacking. Please fix it

The app for Quell is very easy to use, but I think there could be more controls on it. I would like to see intensity control from the app. A simple + for more intense and a - for less intense. Turning up the intensity on the device is easy, turning it down is a pain in the neck. Please add this in your next update.

Had to call quell once to get help with unit not working, they showed me that I had to reinstall if new phone or new unit..works great. Great product.

This should work for how much you spend on it! App is a broken piece of garbage.

I bought this to help with my pain. Best $250 I've spent in a long time. It's changed my physiological outlook on pain management. I've decreased my medication by 25%. It took the edge off my pain. My knees feel better along with my back. I personally haven't had any trouble with the app. I like the fact there is no numeric value to the sensitivity settings. Believe me, putting a number on pain levels puts a psychological damper on things. To me, the sleep tracking is irrelevant.

Sleep function is bogus, shows sleep quality even when I didn't wear it. Basically I use it to track battery life. Device itself does help decrease pain though. Added later after update: much better function for app now, more variety of settings. Device itself is a great drug free pain relief, well worth the money.

2 months later and its still not pairing!! Wish I could give ZERO stars!! Decent app when it works. Pairing to the device has been lost for weeks now and even after resetting the device and uninstalling/reinstalling the app, it still won't connect and I can't find any troubleshooting tips on the site or the web! SMH

Love the Quell. HATE THE APP. HATE IT! Had an older version of the app that worked great until about a month ago. Randomly stopped working so i had to reinstall it, only to find it had been "updated" to this crappy version which often has problems finding the device. Only an uninstal/reinstall works to pair it again. Third time now and it's getting old.. Update: having to CONSTANTLY uninstal /reinstall this damn app to get it to pair now. HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT. Seriously people, fix your stuff, can't be that hard. If I could give negative stars I would.

Well, I work 3rd shift and even when I manually enter my sleep mode it didn't track my sleep. Interface is kind of a pain and at times I have to unpair from my device and redo it to keep tracking. I do love the device itself though, app needs work.

Have been using it for three months now and am satisfied with it. I have stopped calibrating it as when it starts sometimes it goes crazy and squashes your leg. Using the app, I restart it every hour.Works for me. There should be a way if someone accidentally bumps into you,like a grandchild that it doesn't go crazy and the intensity goes sky high. However I am satisfied and have cut down on my meds

Love the quell device, hate the app! If possible I'd give it zero stars. I have to uninstall the app before it recognizes the quell. The process is a pain and waste of my time.

This app works perfectly! No problems connecting with my phone.i like being able to turn up the devise, and the step and sleep tracking.galaxy s7

Before I had to replace my phone (with the same phone) I was able to see the level the quell was at for relieving pain (ie. 28.5...) now I can't. I wish it were still there. It helps to know how intense it is by numbers.

The app installed on Galaxy S6Edge showed intensity levels when you hit up or down. The app when installed on my new Galaxy8+ that up and down level is now just a ( + or - ). Not sure why the change. I'm so far happy with the device.

This app takes WAY too long to connect when it's opened. If i have the quell running and the signal is too strong it can take up to a minute to be able to turn it down. I'm sorry but that is NOT OK.

Device is great but app needs better control interface. The + - to control intensity is clunky.

This app is very useful. It makes using my Quell much easier. I'm able to get a lot more out of my Quell device with the app. The functionality of the device is greatly enhanced by the app. The recent update improved my ability to control the device. I like that I can now see and set a number for the level of therapy intensity. If you have a Quell, you really need to try the app. If you have chronic pain, you really need to try Quell. The device is amazing. It has been life changing for me.

The app wont sync with my phone since the first day. It sucks, the system works thank God but the app really need work, guess something had to go wrong.

For the most part I like the app. but it has a few bugs like not connecting and failing to track your sleep patterns.

Would love it if app was same as ios app, need more specific time of day, etc like Apple 7s receives...

The Quell pain relief is amazing and this app makes it 100% no brainer. I love the latest update. Now I can track my pain and see how it affects my activity. Would like to be able to reorder the electrodes through the app though, other than that Quell is amazing. Thank you

The update that came in the New Year added alot to this application. The Pain and Steps Taken tracking added alot of value to the application. Keep up with the updates. I have now used Quell Relief for about a month. I can Totally Notice Reduced Pain Levels every day now. GREAT PRODUCT AND GREAT APPLICATION!!!
