News 13 Plus

Ever since they changed the app it's been terrible! Constant crashes I have to uninstall all the time because I lose certain features like the storm tracker 13 radar I can only see the national radar. this app needs major work!

Why don't you have a hurricane Irma path update? I feel bad about those in the Caribbean but at the moment they aren't what we in central Florida are concerned with. Oh and since you switched up the app it crashes all the time and is laggy. Way to go Spectrum, Bright House was awesome, sad to see y'all can't fill those shoes in the slightest, even your internet has become unreliable.

I installed this in order to get updates during Hurricane Irma and it not only constantly crashed, the live tv did not work and gave me constant error messages. Useless!

Not an app, menu links to webpages it displays via built in browser. You can view​ the same pages in your browser. Including the several that lead down the maze they built to live video... Which wouldn't load in my PCs browser.

I like it so much it helps you what the whether is

WON'T OPEN APP.

The new update Aug 2017 CONSTANTLY CRASHES. Can't even use it! So upsetting. Before the new update, it was a GREAT app. Can't undo latest update. So wish I could! !! VERY VERY disappointed :'(

This app constantly crashes... The old version was perfect..3 updates to this new version and I have to revert back to the old version...I have lost all my saved locations and alerts... Please fix

Keeps crashing and I loose the local map. Every day it does this.

I like it for the info on weather in the moment. Also has were you can set for warning for areas you put in of family members.

Very good app gives all the information I need locally.

Was the best weather app around. Now not so much. Very flakey. One day new format, next day old one. Impossible to change locations. Some days only half the app is even there.

App worked well for awhile. Now when I get safety net alerts, especially ones at current location the app crashes and does not record the event. I'll get a notification of the alert, click on it, and then the app crashes. Very inconvenient when that is supposed to be a main feature. I thought the July 5 update would solve, but just as bad as ever.

I can't even open the app without it crashing. Used to work okay.

Was not impressed. I just installed and with in 5minutes literally the app crashed twice...

It keeps cutting OUT The old format Never Did

This app uses sixty m.b. and high drainin battery.ok new app but people liked old app

It would be nice if we actually got some news from news 13 and you only send the weather when you feel like it

I force stopped the app and restarted... All map settings and overlays returned. Still doesn't include news. (Nexus 5x)

It was great with BHN, now, Spectrum many failures and location probems

Not sure yet, but this review might help some Android users that are complaining. If I try to open it from my list of Apps, I get that blank screen. SO, I added the icon to my home screen. INSTANT SUCCESS! It IS not only better, but entirely revamped for mobile. I will use it every day. Thanks, Spectrum!

App keeps freezing up. Have to continually uninstall and reinstall on Samsung Galaxy 7. Does not work well at all. Set up was better before update. App takes too long to open when it does work. Go back to previous app.

This app is exceptionally buggy. I have to reinstall the app almost every day in order to get back the headlines and all other options aside from radar. Needs to be de-bugged.

Fails to load after latest update on S3 tablet

Used to be my go to app now after latest updates works when it wants which is not often. Uninstalled

App keeps crashing have to always reload.

It always freezes up. Annoying

Works for a day. Doesn't open. Short cut on home screen only helps for a day. Spectrum app. Figures. Please fix!

This us why i deleted it last time...i want the news as it happens, not wen yall feel like updating it....top story was 19 hours ago....really?

I'm upset because this app no longer has Stormtracker 13 or the ability to track the hurricanes I always track the hurricanes I really hope this can be fixed I'm very disappointed right now.

Stopped updating location & temperature. Can't change location. Bring back old version

Not enough information on news of any sort. Waste of app space

Won't let me install on new cell phone and no option to add another device. Keeps referring to tablet to update. Not worth all the trouble....

Crappy app..Won't work on my Nexus 7 tablet
