MS No Call

UPDATE: The update for the original app didn't work but when I removed the app and then reinstalled the app containing the update ... the app now works. Also surprised to find you can report unsolicited text messages as well as phone calls. So far, all looks good. My attempts to use this app before the update and after installation of the update always the same ... failed. The error says: app had trouble sending information. Please try again. There is something wrong with this app. S7 Edge Android.

It worked for me, I filled out everything and it instantly accepted me. It plainly states..."it only works for Apple and Android devices"...so maybe that's why it doesn't work for some folks.

App works great. Hope these unwanted calls will STOP!

Would not let me register. Not ready for use. But after update now works.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 4 times... Still won't work. I have an Android phone and it will not work.. Keeps saying that it will not let me register.

Installed fast and easy! Has a great interface with simple to follow setup and registration. Now to wait for that call from Heather in Account Services sometime soon!

The first question it should ask is are you registered for the Do Not Call List and validate that registration. It also should make a connection back to the database that would look that up. Not being able to get past the registration screen is a horrible first experience with an app. Fix the app apologize for the terrible start and maybe it will eventually be useful. I am tremendously disappointed

Unable to register. Vague message on failure, says try again. I tried again at different times. I don't "Hate" it. It "just doesn't work".

Sucks. Wont register. Of course its a gov agency that did this. Waste of time and money. Keep up the good work guys. Tax money wasted at its finest

Refused to accept my registration! I tried 3 separate times!!!! Very disappointing. And no number o or web site to request assistance!

I can't register. I've tried several times. My co-worker had no problems registering.

I tried REGISTERING this morning also and it would not let me REGISTER ALSO. The last question asks if same as and can't see what the full question is and turning phone to get to rotate, it won't a d it's not my phone. An Obvious glitch.
