Omg...cant believe this app is free. I have been debating buying a house vs renting for over a year and did extensive research online.... This calculator answered my question in minutes!! . If you are a renter thinking of buying a house this tool is great! I believe buying a home should be viewed as a form of investment, using hard facts/numbers as justification. The emotional attachment can come later after you buy. If nothing else, this app lays out the basic important financial information one needs to know before making the plunge.

when put 5% down payment, my cost should increase due to PMI and equivalent rent should be more. It shows less rent with less payments. I think its wrong.
