Won't even let me create an account. It freezes or says I'm not using the right kind of password, which I am. What a disappointment!

All this is is a web wrapper. It has no point in existing. It's ugly. Doesn't follow design standards. And doesn't have any benefit over their own website.
I am able to process the payments. But it is very tiresome to type in my whole username and password everytime i want to login. Please make it some what pleasing by adding fingerprint login, the user interface some what interactive.

this app is built in stone age very slow, not user friendly , just like center of houston dealer where i took the car i hate nissan.

looks like it was programed in the 90's. Very confusing and ambiguous navigation.
Very frustrating! The system ask for repetitive information,such as SS number, and numerous attempts have been made in order to PAY them, and it keeps prompting in order to move forward, submit your SS number to proceed, and the platform will not accept the correct information. It should not be so difficult to pay a company and absolutely get nowhere with it. After 25 minutes, have to call anyway and the hold time is unacceptable. So far, it has been 8 minutes of wait time. Not a good way to conduct business to which it is in their favor to collect funds to which they proudly market the ease and convenience of their mobile app.
Never remembers password or username have to keep resetting everything it really is just irritating if you need more than once a month
The app is okay to view and pay, but won't show payment history, it's laggy and loggy. This app is "Innovation that DOES NOT excite". C'mon Nissan make your app as good as your vehicles.
I became a Nissan customer in February 2017. I have had issues with the site. I always have to enter my Username & password. I really Hate that! Also, I keep having issues with the Nissan connect. It worked for about a month, now I can't connect to it anymore. I love my car but I definitely hate the App!

This is not an "app". It's a front end for the NMAC Mobile website.
No purpose in this "app".. It's actually not an app.. It's actually a shortcut to the website that needs to get updates for whatever reason. I don't recommend this.

After the last update, the app works great. Should support biometrics like my bank apps though.

Two payments left and my automatic electronic payment is cancelled with no explanation and I cannot access my account. As far as I am concerned this is the worst possible scenario for an app that helps facilitate a loan. Credit hit for late payment, would never use this app or loan company again.
