Newest update shows product info within search, but no way to share item. Terrible.

No connection, useless

Problem with account creation. Would not accept either password; both adhered to rules. Asked me to reset password, but reset link never arrived in my email.

I found the prefect fleece not sure all material. It is a dream catcher. Beautiful manly and feels so good it will make you have a good day on your worse day. It will protect you in a since of nothing will ruin your day because it feels like a million bucks. I wish I knew the name. About the app it's fine. Worked great for me.

I ordered an item two weeks ago and I still have not received a tracking number. I also checked my bank and the transaction didn't show up for two weeks. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied and I suggested to anybody to just shop at a local store. This will be my last online purchase with Nordstrom.

I've been using this app religiously for about the past 2 years and since a few weeks ago, I've been unable to log into my account. Any account access has to be done via the website. Uninstalling the app didn't help. Otherwise, really really liked it.

I'm extremely satisfied with Nordstrom. It has repaired Rewards Points, as they are once again visible in the application on my Sony Xperia ™ XA Ultra. And now Nordstrom Notes are available to use as well, hence my now positive review.

Ok search feature really limited.

I've been using this app for about a year and a half now. It used to work great, but now it always says "We're having trouble loading" when I click on an item that I want to view, and add to my cart.. At first I always thought it was my wi-fi connection, but the last few days I've realized it isn't me, it's the app. Will definitely be uninstalling if it continues.

I HATE that the rewards functionality hasn't worked even once in the 1+ year I've had this app...I've tried it on different phones, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. You can't use your notes for online shopping unless you have the paper coupons--what year is it, guys?! It's fine for shopping, but as others have mentioned it's super annoying that when you continue shopping after looking at an item, it returns you to the beginning of the page you were on, instead of the spot you left off. The functionality of this app really leaves a lot to be desired.

It is EXTREMELY annoying to scroll through pages & pages, otherwise known as "Shopping", only to find an item of interest, click to view the details then be returned to the VERY BEGINNING of your specified, filtered, sorted list when the back arrow is clicked. Unless you are looking for a very specific or limited range of items, it is truly a useless app for any form of mobile shopping, I love Nordstrom but they dropped the shopping bag on this important detail. A lap or desk top isn't always available & this little design flaw will keep me from using it for purchases outside specific/targeted items

It works just fine for shopping but the rewards and notes function haven't been working for quite some time.

I love using this app to buy stylish clothes!

New to site

I have been trying to open this for over 12 hours now, it states "connecting issues and not available." Then it has me rerouted to the mobile site and a message pops up "ACCESS DENIED". I called the cusromer service and they didn't know of any issues. I can access it through my desk top. For now this app gets a low rating.

For the past few months the app has an error when trying to access rewards info or trying to use a Nordstrom Note. When will this be fixed?

My rewards information is never available.

Logging in to pay a bill online is a hassle. Disappointing

I love this app as they closed our Nordstrom here (the closest is a 2 hour drive) I have access to shop even easier! Although the rewards have been down for awhile its an on going issue! Its easy to log in online to find out but still..... im sure as Nordstrom is amazing(avid shopper and former employee) it will be fixed asap!

I really like your app and never have had any trouble with anything I've ever ordered. Fine quality and good customer service. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it.

When i come to the store i find icredible good deals . no to much time to go but when i can i really enjoy my time at Nordstrom .

The rewards section never works. I've had this installed for months and everytime I click rewards it says unavailable.

Time for people to have their own ideas their own ambitions. Having literally everyone latch onto Donald Trump and write and talk about him all day is BORING. Find a hobby! This is reviews for an app not an amateur political discussion forum.

I refuse to continue to patronize any company whose political posturing takes precedence over customers' wishes and needs, therefore I'm boycotting, and encouraging like-minded people to do the same. But I, like Nordstrom, have the freedom of voting with my wallet... yet another reason that this country remains the land of liberty. Buh-bye.
