Norwegian Travel Assistant

The app has improved a lot. Thanks to the developers. I like the user interface and its functionality. One point for improvement: sometimes it doesn't show your current/coming flights immediately. You have to refresh or wait for few seconds untill it shows up.

It'd ok, sometimes displays no journey registered but it come up 30 sec later. Confusing

My goodness entering ones date of birth or expiration date for their passport is an ordeal for the thumbs. You have to keep clinking the arrows to the relevant month and year. Heaven help those boring in the 1930s.

Worst ever. According to customer care, if you did not buy your ticket in the Norwegian own Web site, you cannot expect to be able to add the trip to the app. Astonishing disregard for customer needs.

In general pretty okay app. It's a shame though it doesn't automatically add booked flights. Had to add thoose manually myself.

Everytime I open app it says no upcoming trips, I have to refresh until it shows me my trips, why don't u store trips last time I opened app

Some improvements but no sync between devices and bookings/trips should be added automatically, NOT manually

Every time I try to add a booking number it says there are technical difficulties, I just want to add the booking, check in get the boarding pass like in the other airlines apps....but there is no way to do it..

My flights should appear in the app automatically when in logged in and I've booked with my name and reward number. You have to manually enter every booking reference. Also you're not allowed to change seats when checking in, witch makes it pointless if you need to check in baggage anyway.

Slow and unresponsive. Missing information. Not able to check in via app, but works in browser, no explanation why.

Rubbish! Did not let me check in online. Said check in was not available. Had to uninstall, then it wouldn't let me re-add my trip. Just kept saying log in was taking too long. Had to just use the website. Disappointed I couldn't choose my seat. This app has serious problems!

Love the airline, hate the app. Newest update doesn't load and advises to uninstall the app - good advice indeed!

Impossible to enter date of birth for online check in. Useless

The 10 minutes I've been using it, it has functioned ok. So, don't take my word for it :)

Good first app, but plenty of bugs and poor integration with the rewards system and the online version. For example, it's possible to check in online and still not be checked in through the app. The qr ticket also doesn't load so sometimes u still have to check in online and download the ticket.

Great app so simple to use. Only thing I couldn't do was enlarge scan symbol for boarding pass but that was ok at airport. Enjoy flying with you in all great service. Even cabin crew so friendly enjoy flying with you. Thanks again ????

The worst ever way to find your date of birth on this app scrolling backwards month by month! I'll get a year older just by performing this "smoke" task.

Does most things well. Sometimes doesn't immediately show the correct list of one's upcoming flights on its home screen, which is annoying. Also doesn't show in boarding pass screen whether a given flight booking has fast track enabled. But a workable app nonetheless.

Wow, after flicking through the monthly calendar to enter my dob, I feel suicidal. I can't imagine anyone over 30 not wanting to murder someone after that. I now have carpets tunnel thanks.

Overall Travel Assistant is swift, clear, and also retains all previous flights. This is good functionality. Contact no longer possible via email. Bad. Still no Android Wear version. It shouldn't take much development to have the boarding pass on the wrist rather than drag out your phablet. Would be so much more convenient.
