Nozbe: to-do, tasks & projects

Fantastic. See it all the time to keep organised. Had problems when by mistake uninstalled app but support team got me back on track. Great support. A must for anyone trying to keep track of a busy life.

The app is simple, does the job and it is multiplatform - I use it on my smartphpne and the PC computer. Today I had a question and the support was very prompt and helpful. Well done!

If you need to make a list of your lists, this app is for you. For everyone else, this is garbage!

Unable to attach items "photos" anymore through my S7 edge? Very frustrating!!!

Tried Nozbe before and although web app is brilliant, I had a lot of problems with android app which I need, to the point where I gave up and cancelled account. But...a nagging voice made me give it another go, glad I did as I discovered the android issue is me trying to use the back button to exit the programme (which it doesn't) instead of the homepage button, which although a little annoying is an acceptable trade off for such a great GTD tool

I tried to use many other apps but none of them have add many features as Nozbe. So had to come back here

Had a much more detailed analysis and lost it for this post. Summary: Great for teams and too pricey for single user. Limited memory and time didn't allow for side by side comparison, but will recommend to team level operations

Most time you open the app (even of its running already in the background), the app forces you to stare at a logo for several seconds. Very annoying when you are trying to turn a thought into a task before you lose the thought. Otherwise a good app.

Simple system, easy to use and I love that I can integrate it with Trello (through email posting and IFTTT) and my Google Calendar. I LOVE seeing the finished checkmarks show up on my calendar!! One request: I would love the option to choose individual Google Calendars to add tasks from different projects to.

Definitely think this is the best task and goal setting app on the market, it's very easy to setup and use.. and the additional notes and features are great. These people really knew what they were doing!

Svelte UI. Everything in Nozbe seems designed to move the needle. I've used Nozbe in the past (loved it) but tried other methods out of curiosity. Now I'm back and plan to stay. Note to Nozbe: Please don't change a thing - it's perfect!

Use Nozbe all day everyday. Hoping for Android wear integration soon.

I accomplish all of my same goals, but with exactly the right GTD tool for it. It took me a few days to feel comfortable relying on Nozbe, a few weeks to see new tasks and then instinctually add them to Nozbe, and a few months to completely rewrite my productivity habits (for the better!).

A very nice looking and functioning app. It doesn't have the filters or complexity of scheduling found in Todoist, but it does have manual sort which is a clear advantage.

Just started with Nozbe today and am loving it so far. My only negative observation is that I can't always back clear out of the app, and have to force quit. This is likely the cause of the battery drainage some other reviewers are reporting, as the app would keep running in the background if they are simply pressing the home key to exit. A fix on this would be great, otherwise, keep up the good work!

Good system, needs UI work. I agree with a lot of the decisions to keep the process/UI deliberately flat/transparent and GTD-oriented, but: 1. Needs a built-in process/UI for "Waiting" 2. Ditto "sort by" options. Some views/projects for me are better sorted by hand, others would benefit from some auto-sorting options. 3. Inbox gets cluttered easily, even when you've assigned things a date. Sucks for recurring/habit-based things. 4. Would benefit *enormously* from a Todoist- or Swipes-style of setting both date AND time *quickly* (I know you can enable swiping to set date/time but you still have to go through the usual date/time menus, which are not streamlined for quick entry. Also, needs a keyboard shortcut for desktop version that is the same as swiping to change date/time). Setting dates quickly with hashtags is great if you know when you create the task, but very often you don't. 5. Can't un-star or star items from widgets. Big time saver if I could. 6. Needs a widget that just lists all projects. 7. Dependencies/chain tasks. The workarounds for this suck. 8. Widgets don't auto-sync frequently enough.

Now it's a core tool of my online business. Helps working remotely and prevents procrastinatig. TOP!

The functionality has always been spot on, and some of the final details of the UI are a nice idea - but the basics are so so wrong. Go native. Ditch the web views.

Best productivity app/service I've ever used. Fully customizable. App syncs to desktop, google drive, google calendar, evernote, dropbox, box, etc. quickly. I love Nozbe!

I have tried a lot of apps for GTD and this is the answer.

Very detailed and organized. Many display options. I can even create projects and subtasks for free.

I have been trying many similar apps, but nozbe is the best, it has everything that I wanted in an app, also I hope that we can choose "the time needed" manually :|

After initial failure to download I got it working and like it. One of the better task apps around. Wish it had sub tasks.

Nozbe itself is great, the android app drains a lot of battery with android 6.0 though

Love the new design

In my other phone, Android 4.1.1, chip MTK, it runs smoothly, but in this device, Android 5.0, chip Intel, it's very very slow. So, I use mobile web app in Chrome instead. Hope the team fix it! Thank you in anyway for a nice service.

I would love to see material design in your app.
