Good app to monitor your usage. But it's not supporting plan name "Mad Avatar Upgrade". Neither it have anything to track add-on. Even customize plan not working correctly

Doesn't recognize plan "Mad Avatar Upgrade". It thinks the plan renews every 90 days because of a data add-on. Please fix to support this plan. Looks like this is one of the only mad plans that is missing. Please fix, and will add 5th star :)

Helps keep track of usage and helps keep overages under control by allowing me to quickly monitor my usage. Developer keeps the app up to date. Update: still working great, thanks!

This is the app to have if your are a RingPlus phone subscriber. (Does not work on any other cell phone service but RingPlus). Can track multiple lines if they are under one account. Nice to have account data at your fingertips on the phone.

The Mad plans have caused usage meters to not work. Great app, fills a huge gap, but don't want anyone to pay and not know first.

Very useful! Can you please fix a bug, if your plan's limits change monthly, like the BLT plan, the plan limits don't get refreshed. Thanks!

Doesn't display the latest plans and add ons correctly. Been ages since it's had an update. No widget for quick checking of your allotments. When your login token expires, it just quietly stops checking your usage and doesn't display any sort of notification to let you know you need to authenticate again if you still want your alerts. Guess it doesn't really matter now since RP is probably dying soon, but I feel silly about having paid for the premium upgrade.

Easy to use and very comprehensive. The developer is also often available on the RingPlus site and assists users and considers suggestions.

This app looks so professionally done, just as if it was made by Google, Microsoft, or some big major company. It does an awesome job. This is an essential for any RingPlus user. Download it.

Nice little app to keep tabs on your Ringplus account usage. Would like to see the addition of a widget so that keeping tabs on my usage is even easier.

Ring plus does not provide native short code message to check usage. This app is the only available resource to check usage and avoid overage

... So many of these apps seem to update every other day, but this one NEEDS to update with the changes in the RP menu...

Doesn't work at all since RingPlus cancelled everyone's plans and forced them to use lousy VOIP service.

Doesn't work well with the new RingPlus plans. Shows 0 minutes available, even though it should be 250.

Public service announcement: Ring Plus is shutting down all services on February 11th 2017. It was great while it lasted.

Excellent app. Any way you can enable multiple RP account? Maybe for premium user only ? Will have no problem paying for premium upgrade if I can manage multiple accounts.

Easy to use. Very reliable. Quickly access usage of each line by swiping across where the line phone number is displayed.

App is great. A widget to quickly glance at my usage would be nice.

Not reporting accurate usages with new plans

Can you add a check mark box for weather or not roaming is available or not? And a PIN number option that comes up before the app opens? Also, if we could search call and text history as well as see the actual message from texts and be able to search that too it would be a godsend. I'd pay good money for all that.

Great app for managing R+ balances. If your plan's allotment changes monthly, you can manually update your allotment numbers by clicking on the wrench next to your plan in the app on the first screen you see. Would be nice if change is automatic but might not be able to be implemented since this app wasn't developed by R+.

It's a wonderful app, and it worked perfectly when I had the Truly Free plan, but I've just updated it to the Cheery plan, and the app doesn't have that plan listed, even when I'm trying to configure it? I'm confused. Why doesn't it have the plan on the app? All I can say is the app should be constantly updated to match the service plans on the site, so customers can always be informed of their plan usage. Because then what is the point of the app?

Please update with plan info for mad avatar upgrade. It has 90 days add on data, so now rp Samara thinks my plan renews every 90 instead of 30 days. Resetting the app did not help, bit it did work on a mad oak line that is now correctly recognized. Please fix mad avatar upgrade. Thanks.

PLEASE add some widgets.. that is the only thing separating this app from "I liked it"(4 star)s to "I loved it!"(5 stars) in the app store. I think others would agree that it'd be extremely useful to have a 4x1 or 4x2 widget with your min/sms/data usage. Or even a few 1x1 widgets that display each one independently. So if someone had unlimited minutes/sms for example, they could just put a data widget to refer to. Also, the color theme is a little ugly imho. Maybe have 3 or so colors to pick from would be nice too, but Otherwise, this is a great app.. the functionality and accessible information is 10 out of 10 that really leaves nothing else to be desired.. And fwiw, i'd gladly pay for the pro version if it had widgets or/and some pleasing colors to choose from, and i think others would too..

You can view your balance, text, voice, and data usages, and can view all detail history of them. The only issue us that it cannot get the updated usage on the fly. You can only refresh once a day. Update: yes, swipe down can refresh the data on demand! Thanks for the quick response, great work!

My plan is "Truly Free 2" and this app keeps track of how many MINUTES SMS DATA I have.

I've been using this app for few months now. The latest version updated by itself on the new Accretion plan I just got today. Excellent app to check on my Ringplus' lines status.

Works fine. Need a usage widget and will get 5 stars!

It always says that my ringplus account was not found. Even when I have premium this app doesn't show my usage. Error 404 when the app starts.

Upgraded my plan, but RPSamara shows a plan I'm not on. Not my old plan either. A totally different plan I never had. UPDATE: What prompt service to resolve my issue! Thanks for this great program. Simple to use and easy to track.

Great app! Simple, easy to use, does what I need it to do. A feature I would like to see would be a usage meter widget to keep track of my balance at a glance.

I love this app. I keep finding new features as I play with it. It gives me more information than the RP dashboard.

great app. One thing I'd like to see added is to support logins to more than 1 account (not different lines on the same account) so I can switch on the fly.

If you use RingPlus, get this app. Beautifully designed and works the way it should. Well worth the upgrade as well.
