Always liked the app and this iteration is nice and smooth. Doesn't look dated any more. However it has lost landscape mode and thats a big issue when using a 10in tablet

Pretty much impossible to unsubscribe and once you try to it locks you out of your account and when you try to recover it it won't load on the mobile app on the mobile website and on a normal computer

Excellent and honest reporting. While the app may not look the best and may be buggy, it is still much more honest and reliable than Toronto Star.

It's constantly screwing up and telling me I've already read me 10 complimentary articles. Thing Is, I have a subscription too. More annoying than it's worth.

Hands down the worst news app I have ever used. It has difficulty downloading content and gives errors all the time. Constantly has to be force closed and reopened to get it to work. I can't believe they expect people to pay for this garbage, which BTW is a total joke. If you somehow miraculously manage to actually reach the ten article limit, just clear the program's cache in settings and you can continue reading.

App does not keep the password for my subscription so it has to be entered every time. Now it doesn't accept the password so the app is useless and I have to go to my PC where the subscription works fine.

Try sign on with paid account and it crashes. Don't sign on it warns you that you need to subscribe...

App is buggy at times but overall not too bad.

App refuses to update articles and load the ones it does have. What the hell am I paying for a sun+ subscription for?!

Sync errors almost every day on the basic page, let alone the rest of the headlines. Getting tired of constantly having to reinstall the app.

The app itself is a mess. Nothing loads & when it does it's missing sections. Uninstall it immediately.

Keep trying to log in and getting an error. Have uninstalled it and hopefully this gets fixed. Like reading this on my phone but it's not taking my sign on information and I will not pay for it. Will just have to read in on the pc. Please fix it real soon

To bad no one but any effort into this app. Sync errors constantly. Can't read half the articles. Let's get your act together and hire some kid from high school to fix this properly. Your cybermedia division is a joke.

Some days it works fine, most days there are synchronization errors, some sections don't load up properly (tech, Sunshine girl, life etc.)! This needs to get fixed!!!

Online news should be free or filled with ads. Not both. I'm not paying for something AND having to stare at ads. Other than that, its pretty good. Better than the print version IMO.

First of all there is pop up ads, second you only get 10 free articles a month unless you pay to upgrade!!! City Tv app and CP24 apps are free and way better. Don't waste your time

This app sucks I want my money back.

Always liked the app. However for the last few months when I go to login it says can't connect to Toronto sun server. I have contacted support many times with zero response. This is happening on all my devices.

I'm done with this app. Enjoy oblivion when this little "transition" fails Toronto sun.

Used to be the best free newspaper app. Now with the new upgrade users have to pay $1 per week.
