Ivo Andrić schreibt in seinem Roman „Die Brücke über die Drina“: „Es gibt keine zufälligen Bauwerke, losgelöst von der Gesellschaft, in der sie entstanden sind, mit ihren Bedürfnissen, Wünschen und Auffassungen, so wie es in der Baukunst keine willkürlichen Linien und unbegründeten Formen gibt. Das Werden und Leben jedes großen, schönen und nützlichen Bauwerks wie auch sein Verhältnis zur Siedlung, in der es errichtet wurde, birgt oft verwickelte und geheimnisvolle Dramen und Geschichten in sich.“ Diese Dramen und Geschichten zu erzählen, die die Bauwerke und Orte der Stadt Wroclaw verbergen, ist der Sinn dieser Applikation, selbst wenn es sich nicht immer um große, schöne und nützliche Bauwerke handeln mag.

Studierende der Universität Wroclaw begeben sich auf historische Spurensuche und erzählen die Geschichten jener Orte, die sie besonders interessieren, sammeln Informationen, um jene Fragen zu beantworten, die sie an diese Plätze stellen. Diese Applikation entstand im Rahmen der Lehrveranstaltung „Interkulturelle Kommunikation“ des IFG und wird auch in demselben Rahmen weiterhin betreut und erweitert. Ivo Andric wrote in his novel "The Bridge on the Drina": "There are no random structures, detached from the society in which they arose, with their needs, wishes and ideas, as in architecture and no arbitrary lines are unfounded forms. Becoming and life of every big, beautiful and useful building as well as its relationship with the settlement in which it was built, often involves complicated and mysterious dramas and stories in themselves. "These dramas and stories to tell, that the buildings and places of the city hide Wroclaw, is the meaning of this application, even if it may not always involve large, beautiful and useful structures.

Students of the University of Wroclaw embark on historical clues and tell the stories of those places that you are particularly interested, collect information to answer those questions that they put to these places. This application was developed as part of the course "Intercultural Communication" of the IFG and will also continue to be supported in the same frame and extended.
