Very convenient just not sure why the app needed access to my camera, photo and media files.

Great App! I have accounts with 2 other commercial banks and non provide an app. Way to go First Global! Hey convenient :)

It can't be good just bcz it's better than others locally, bcz the standards here are LOW. I got annoyed bcz it crashes waaaay too frequently for a live app on the market. So much potential! But as it is now, it's a terrible app. Cyaa get nutten done! I had to Uninstall it. I'll have to battle with the website or just give up on FGB. Kmt.

I like the app but it needs improvement. I should be able to see all my account activity. Why just yesterday or fortnightly? What happens when you want check something from 2 days ago? Please fix. Other than that it is good

Worse app I've ever used. Works 1 out of every 20 times I try to use it. Never works on first launch. Always getting server error/ connection lost even when using WiFi. Now the new message is network unreachable. So annoyed by this. I utilise the FCIB app and it so seamless to use. Simple interface and never gives me an error message. FGB needs to seriously sit down and revamp this app as it's not very convenient at all especially since global access isnt mobile friendly. Sigh

The app crashes way too often. I have difficulties connecting when I'm not connected over a Wi-Fi network

Terrible app. Needs alot more work.

I'm not sure if it's secure I didn't have to use my token to log in not sure if I'm comfortable with that... It's OK I guess though otherwise idk

Good start, I would rather not the token to do any transactions but that's how it is.

Much faster connecting than using the token to login. Convenience at its best.

If the bugs can be worked out and it's refined, I think it would be a great app.. For now it's lousy. I just had to uninstall the app on my phone and try to reinstall it. Hopefully it works.

Love where you are going with technology. It still needs improvement as it crashes frequently. Is the app just for viewing balance ? Because the other options keep crashing such as bill payment

Finally though. This is way better than your site and this is way better than any bank APP locally. Whew thank you FGB plus you now eliminate the keycode

Convenient app. However, could you make it available for Windows Phone OS?

Attractive appearance but lots of bugs. Log in errors and have to retry several times before getting in. Once inside some of the text partially displays. Font is probably too big. Good effort but need tweaking.

Really love the effort that's being put in and glad that there are forward thinkers in the company. So far my only issue is in regard to account activity details. Only 3 options are provided: Today, yesterday and last fortnight. This leaves a gap in account activity between last fortnight and yesterday's transactions. I would like to have had current period and/or specific period added to the search by options

The option to log out is not visible, It took me a while to find it. Probably you could work on making it a bit more pronounced
