Im sincerely satisfied with Umobile postpaid plan that Im subscrbing at the moment.. The data, the privilege and the couvarage are incredibly, gradually improving.. Just a pitch to a perfection, I've noticed, your "Thursday Terrer" Promotion is always not enough for me. Even as early as 8-9 am, it always says, "It's fully redeemed". Im wondering when would be the best time to claim the rewards because at 7.58 am, it's still not available, and minutes later like 8.00 am. it's fully redeemed. Do you actually mean what you offer or it's just a puff of the air? Thanks... Your loyal costumer

The new version is not user friendly at all. It's so complicated to view my remaining data and the it does not show how many days my plan ends for this month. Personally I would prefer the older version layout which is more simple and user friendly. Please Umobile, we know you made the effort to improve the service but please make it more user friendly and less complicated. Thanks

Hello! Quite taking time to immune with the new update but it's good though. I've been deep in love with umobile since last year. I must say that almost all services are fine and am 96% satisfied. I used to have P70 as my plan and just changed to P78, everything went quite well until the hotspot reached 100%. I used hotspot in my laptop for such movies, Utubing and surfing stuffs, well I don't think 10GB is enough. Please upgrade hotspot data up to 20GB or better with unlimited too. It's quite no use to have unlimited data but limited hotspot. Please consider this for 5 star and your customer's satisfaction as well. :))

I don't mind the apps is keep updating but the lastest updated version is so unfriendly. It's so complicated to use. If i will have to choose, i would prefer the old version. Simple and nice. Why the hell you want to make things to become complicated. It is really really ugly and i have difficulty to check for my plan details. I hate this app so much now

Every time i want to check my balanced data usage. For sure, it will ask me to update the app. What the..... Just maintain the old versions. It doesn't need a very high technology just to check the balanced. I just wanna check the balanced data usage only. Thank you Umobile for making my life become more complicated.

Stupid apps I have 3 numbers with u mobile, each number have their individual log in even the main line, it is so so so inconvenience. Somemore lastest update is not friendly user at all. Please… Apps is to create convenience for your customer and save your customer time.

To be frank. This new version are totally terrible and horrible. Not user friendly at all. Too many ads and advertisements make me feel uneasy. The worst thing is when i want to open the app. Then it said need to update. Every time want to check internet balance need to update. Please improve or back to previous one

Umobile coverage so bad. Even its own app is hard to open. Always crashed & always ask to update. About coverage, super bad even in 3g territory. Signed up for expensive plan but line is slow like a snail. It shows H+, but actually it's E. Keep asking to update but after u update it, still the same,not working.

previous version was ok, may not be fancy looking but did its job right... current version improved on the interface which never really too user friendly or i can say getting worse... not to mentioned it auto close half way while trying to load up the innacuracy data/info of my account. .such a Mistake to upgrade the version..where can i get back the old version?

The new version break the layout so badly I have difficulty getting to the usage balance I need. There's so much space on the screen yet so little info that truly matters. What makes you think you need to spam your already-paying customers with cluttered ads? Seriously? The fella who design this deserves a sack.

New updated one has a lot of bugz, do fix it. Third times I uninstalled and reinstalled again. What a stupid update that always want me to choose the screen and thousands time I click still on the same page. Oh..come on ...do fix it..what kind of IT agency you deal with? What update to be downgraded apps. Turn the best to worst ever.

The new version have not been properly UAT (User Acceptance Test). Screens with lower than 720p are struggling with the new UI. My granddad who is partially blind is totally lost. Congrats to the app developer, you screwed up BIG time! Have to consider switching to another operator.

extremely terrible after new updates. i have to re install to view my credit info. and it keep auto push me to the page selection, and i cant go back to my homepage at all. will uninstall until they fix. extremely unsatisfied with new update!!!!

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" The new UI is not user friendly. You think what? press here, press there, jus to see my data usage and balance? I also have difficulty navigating. You think the older ppl (not all), is easier for them? Jus give an option to switch UI, it will certainly fix all these negative reviews.

Using the apps with SAMSUNG Tab2 P3100. It keep on closing everytime I opened it. I've uninstalled it several time and re-installed but the same issue keep on repeating. Upgraded version should be better than the earlier version. This is the other way round. Please solve the issue.

I suggest that you bring back the info screen panel to the main window and put all the adds and notifications on sub window. It is troublesome to swipe and press everytime i want to check isage and balance.

Everytime u open the app it asks the same questions to choose your default. After u choose it closes. Very annoying. I have to uninstall then reinstall to check my balance

I loved the umobile apps before coz it show our data/caller usage and so on. But new apps is so unfriendly. I don't know either all the display of our data/caller usage disappear or how. But what I experience is it not helping me to get what I concern.

Wonder who give 5 stars? The promotion and reward ad take up too much the most precious space in the home screen. By taking out this ad, credit and usage balance can be placed in the same screen, instead of doing extra left sweep to go to the next page.

It takes a long time to login and it keeps requesting for updating. On the side note, it seems to be worser than before updating. I thought it was supposed to be more perfect than preview one? If not what's the point of updating?

Just the design doesn't really seem to be proper Material Design. I'm sure this could be improved. The functions in the app are awesome though.13july17-wow! The revamped version is so much better!! Love it, not sure why are ppl complaining it's complicated lol, as its just fine

Why i cant see how much the quota that i have been used ?? Even its already updated more than 3 times ...and the balance quota still doesnt exist . Please u mobile. Upgrade it much better than now. I like your data plan bcause it is fastest data and cheapers than others.. but the new version cant help me in checking my balance quota and also the free high speed data.. change it please !

Sejak dah update myumobile app ni bila nak refresh makin slow. Loading always. Lagi satu please upgrade your coverage internet please. Dulu masa 2 minggu guna laju je. No buffering but now after 4 month i use hmm..
