I think CSL doesn't want users to really know how much data used... So CSL can charge more. The design of this app is hopeless. No data meter!! Very difficult to tell how much data used. I used 3HK... Their app meter is really good. Easy to check usage. Pls learn from them.

Opt for an older version, the new version is very slow and often cannot show usage due to server error (as stated). I use family plan, but the usage of the main no. cannot be shown. Improvement please.

Seems every new app these days sneaks onto the Play Store asking very little, but as soon as it picks up pace it demands more and more permissions with each update, giving little or no reason as to WHY they are needed. Often, the 'What's New' just boasts about the app rather than to tell us what's actually new. So, why the extra permissions? EDIT: ANOTHER permission demand? My first comment was right, then!

Well you know HKT has fully taken over csl. App was OK, now it's just plain terrible. Slow load times, half the time crashing and very limited information provided. Not surprised though.

Prefer previous version. It looks much better and was more colourful. Far much pleasure to the eye.

I just wanted to check IDD tariffs but the app simply doesn't want to work. Probably better off without it. I expect better and more modern apps from a good network like CSL

Unreliable, only to able to connect occasionaly

Cannot check usage after uodated.

Can't even check usage without crashing. This version claims to have fixed a bug, but has introduced a fundamental problem, rendering the apps's primary purpose useless.

This app only works with tMobile numbers apparently.

still cannot fix the problem of small character to shown when screen resolution is 1920x1080

Can only use it once before it crashes. Need to restart the phone to use it again... but only ONCE before it crashes again.
