Congrats for the dev. Team and Bis Analyst who come up with these new update. Keep up the good work. I wish now to see the list of job even though Pros profile are not complete like the other do. The buyer will assign a task base on the Pros performance

Ok I've given the app some time. OnForce is my last choice as a work platform.. I want to begin with that. New update to the app is garbage. I'm routed 3 jobs. I accept them. I end up with 1 out of the 3 somehow.. Now I have 1 job out of my normal service area that will end up costing me money to do. Instead of 3 jobs would have made the trip worth the expense. App is garbage. But the way OnForce works I'm not too shocked. Back to field nation and work market. OnForce is not geared toward technicians.

App is complicated and unclear. It is one of the most difficult apps I have ever used and I typically have to get on the phone to figure out how to use it.

OnForce views FSE's as "the help". When I received a reply to an in-app question regarding not seeing a search function, it was made clear that OnForce "does not function as a job board making available work searchable for you.". The rest of the reply follows up with:"If a Buyer has work in your geographical area and the scope of the job matches the skills and experience that you have listed in your profile, your name will appear on a routing list and may be selected for routing from that list to be offered the opportunity to view the job." Wow, sounds like a pretty elite club and I'm lucky when I get an offer to service them, I even get the privilege of giving them a "cut" of my handout! Pimpin ain't easy after all!

I'm unable to see all work orders and the status of all work orders so I still have to use my computer so this app is only somewhat helpful. You can't see pending work orders at all that's a problem especially when you're needing to get paid.

Doesn't work in Landscape mode on my Samsung T807 mounted on my dashboard. Useless mobile for me. Field Nation does work that way flawlessly.

Since upgrade the application crashes before opening. I'd like to be able to review previous completed work orders to verify payment was made. I do like onforce though.

I'm especially digging the new update, so this way the iframes don't make the UI look so choppy. Keep it up !

Would be vastly improved if counteroffer functionality includes pay structure change options. For example: Fixed, Blended versus hourly.

Good app in general. Slow to respond at times. Need to add ability to clear requests like reschedules.

Not a fan. The app is not very user friendly in the aspect of updates and work.

Convenient app for bidding on the fly. Notifications are not very accurate. I missed quite a few assignments.

I like to use my Bluetooth keyboard when typing my notes. Now that the app won't flip with my device, I have to read sideways or type sideways. That or go back to hunt and peck typing.

The app always worked well for me and the new features are very nice to have. Great updates. Great app

Wtf is this? Screen rotation is off in my global phone settings but it it still keeps rotating. ARGHHHH! They need it more stream lines like Field Nation. Marketplace, routed, assigned. NOT new, accepted, today.. A work order in today can be found in accepted so why waste a button for nothing? I decline jobs but they still display in the wo view under new, it just informs me that I declined it. Like does OF think that I forgot that I don't want that job? Remove it completely when it's declined.

Easy to use, works well, seldom crashes and it auto reloads when it does.

Works okay just needs some fine tuning.

When you need to access it the most it loads very slow. At one time it was faster than the web interface that is no longer the case and it crashes more often than not. It need a lot of TLC

App crashes every time I tap to type resolution notes or a note, thus cannot get signature. Working fine before update. I have even reinstalled 5 times.

Out of the various platforms I've worked with on-force's mobile app has the best overall functionality. There are a few quirks, but this update fixes a lot of the irksome tasks from previous versions.

I'm on my 3rd phone since getting this app (I was a beta tester) and it STILL doesn't obey Androids screen rotation settings. If I have screen rotation disabled, the app ignores it. Which means if I tilt my screen, the app goes landscape when no other app on my phone does. FIX THIS. Samsung Galaxy S6 on Verizon. Android 5.1.1. Flagship phone... And the 3rd flagship phone I've had do this. Clearly the app is the common denominator. Otherwise this would be 5-star review.

App on phone usless. Nothing works at all. Please fix this

Model : SM-G920V OS Name : android OS Version : 5.1.1 OS App Version : OnForce_v1.13.2622 Having problem with this issue for the past several months.  Issue is it is checking me in/out automatic as soon as the work order is accepted.  Contact pro supoprt, they says the onforces apps did by itself.
