Learn to Meditate 6-10

I loved this app! Unfortunately, the only way to start it is to push a menu button, which my newer phone doesn't have. I hope they update the app someday. It's been a few years and they haven't yet though. :( Oh well. It was great while it lasted. :)

For all those on whose phones it doesn't work...try pressing and holding the return key (bottom right hand corner) at the bottom of the phone for a few seconds... the meditation options pop up. It works for me now.

App hasn't been updated since 11/2013. Old android phone had a menu button on the bottom so worked fine. Now got a Note 4, buttons on the bottom are home, back, and open apps list. No menu = no meditation :- MUST UNINSTALL!

Not compatible with my Galaxy 6S. Please update this series of apps to work with newer phones. These meditations are great.

Its taught me of mindfulness meditation, the use of mantras to tame a cloudy mind and certain zen techniques. Its really had an impact on my life and I totally recommend it to anyone starting out!

I am trying to get back into guided meditation after being out of it for years. Wow! Don't remember it being so incredibly intense. I started with Lesson 6 and I felt drawn into an Avantar like world. The music was compelling, the speaker drew you softly into the guided meditative state and it was a beautifully unique experience that I certainly didn't expect on my first meditation in some 20 years. And it was for Free! Thank you!

A wonderful example of how the best things in life are free. The information and guidance are excellent, as well as the recordings that accompany each lesson. Use these if you want to learn or want to expand your practice. This is a heart centered and spiritual style of meditation. Much praise and gratitude to the creators of this app and the one that precedes.

Does not work on my S2. Is any one working on the Galaxy problem?

Just went thru chapter 6 and it has such heart touching stories that it already makes me feel better
