Comparable Properties
Comparative report on an individual property including comparative listings for sale and comparative recently sold properties. View other properties in the area that are similar to this one.
STATS
Onthehouse.com.au provides the actual sold data from properties sales on an individual property, street or suburb basis and the REX service analyses the property values movements by region, whilst also allowing consumers to “drill down” to the actual underlying sales data.
Guesstimates
Guesstimates are an automated calculated value estimate on the property displayed in the profile report. The 'Guesstimates' are based on information that is available to us at the time of calculation, including location, recent sales and other market influencing factors.

I searched many properties...all were way outdated...houses that were 2-3 years old were still valued at what the land sold for years ago. Don't use this unless it gets updated.

The app seems to have changed in favour of real estate agents. Houses that are for sale no longer show a sales history (the main purpose of the app), these "improved" estimates they speak of only inflate the price, and even estimates with a price range of $115k are somehow considered highly accurate by the program. The older version is of much more help to home buyers, do not update!

As a user I want to search for a property value the "simplest" way I can. Refine my search, press a button to submit request or trigger after selecting a suburb option. Done. There you go a use case. After upgrading this app is asking to enable location feature on my phone otherwise if i click "no wayy!!" Send me back to searchbox control. As a user I do not want to enable my location for privacy and secure reasons but only for emergencies...so please stop forcing your users to do so. Thanks and good bye.

Loved the old version. It took you straight to your location and you could see sales histories for everything or search another location. The new version is totally different and renders the app almost useless. Am uninstalling.

If property is for sale, all previous sales prices are unavailable; this favours real estate agents and disadvantages potential buyers trying to research properties. If you have the old app, KEEP IT.

Why can't I simply look up an address? You don't need to use the location feature to do that. App is only offering me properties close to my location. Dumb
