Anyone who is facing severe or minute depression or sadness or facing any negative emotion must use this.. You will not be disappoint by Openup..

Disappointed. Read all the amazing reviews, and expected caring people who would sympathize with me, understand what I was going through, or offer some help. Instead, I received a judgemental "counsellor" with no capability of listening or having a new perspective of life. They had no intention of helping me, only repeating that I was, in fact, "not sad." According to them, to be happy I only need to "think of happy things." We bumped heads a lot throughout the conversation and left feeling discouraged and more axious and sad than I was before. Would not recommend to anyone who is unsure about themselves. You will only receive criticism and end up feeling worse.

This app is the most helpful app I come across... The team there are very friendly and it is always easy to share our problems. I recommend every one to download it
