Owner Listens

I appreciate that this company says they'll find the right person to whom our comments should be delivered. But why cut us out of the loop? So, I think this app is suspicious: It's collecting personal information about users and possibly private information about businesses. Sometimes we might want to be anonymous but otherwise we want the owner to be able to get the facts about the event that triggered a comment, and we want to be appreciated personally, not anonymously.

Great app ! Easy to use and convenient!

After installing this app I was no longer able to connect to any Wi-Fi networks, even though my other devices connected fine. After uninstalling it, my phone worked like normal. Besides that the app was not able to properly use my GPS location to find nearby businesses, so I had to manually search for them. It needs a lot of work.

App used to work just fine, once updated, it forces to close right away. Can't even see my past messages sent to owners. Please fix it.

Great app but now it just closes automatically. So annoying. When you fix it I will reinstall it again.

And by the way David Petersen, there is no such phone as a Samsung LG Optimus Elite. No wonder you're having problems.

I loved how easy and "frictionless" it is to get started. Giving feedback to business owners was always a painful experience before, but this app actually makes it easy and fun.

It's great because you know the owner receives the feedback.

Eh, it's alright, it does what it says. But I'm so tired of an app for everything... I too was initially impressed when owner listens gave a same-day response to some info on a business I requested using the app but then I wanted to use my cell without the app opened and the minute I closed the application my cell started giving me messages about how the app is not working correctly and how the app has unexpectedly quit and I should try again... try what I again I dunno because if I closed the app that's what I MEANT to do. I hope they fix this so that it can be a non-invasive app that I can use when I'd like to as opposed to all the time.

I have never written a review for an app before... Nothing I use seems to warrant it. HOWEVER, as a small business owner, I have tested this app out from the customer side as well as the owner side. Feedback is LIGHTNING! I received the message almost instantly. The response was just as fast. And when they say anonymous, they mean it. They don't require a customer to register or create an account... simply find the business and send a message and even include a picture if you want. GREAT APP!

When I first got app I posted something and received a same day response so was initially impressed. Now whom on phone and NOT having the app opened I keep getting messages saying "app has unexpectedly quit and I should try again". A huge irritant when I have used the app two times over a week ago and now this is happening. Am using a Samsung LG Optimus Elite. Hope to have it fixed as the app is very handy for many reasons and customer service seems great otherwise. Thanks.

It is so impolite to flame a business owner publicly on Yelp. So much nicer to just send helpful feedback quietly and anonymously.

Sent a comment to my favorite bar and they brought back a dish I liked as a special.

Easy to use way to send your feedback for any small business. You get a response back fast from the owner of the small business! Much better than using Yelp since it is private and the owner actually see it and responds.

Open first time gave error.

Sent a complaint the the restaurant and got a gift card back, I'm sure they will now improve.
