TOTAL FRAUD, avoid it with all your heart. They will pretend to approve your loan but they will never. This has to be the most Kenyan clandestine fraud ever. Just be careful about submitting personal/financial information to such organizations.

What interest do you charge and how is it possible that I borrowed ksh500 paid back 600 and now your telling me I still owe you ksh284!!? Is that logical?? Do something about this otherwise that's conning

You don't give solutions by running away from it, you've just changed the "loan dispatcher not working error message" to "systems issuing to many loans today" it's becoming boring to use this app after all the hustle then meet such messages at the end. How long will this take I guess developers work with timelines. You cn even opt for manual disbursement it has worked for other apps as you work to fix your bugs

How do expect us to rate you? Your system keeps saying try tomorrow try tomorrow. Disbursing a lot of loans. You should fix this problem.

I've had the app for a while. I got approved for a loan last week after paying the verification fee and all that. Whenever I apply for the said loan, however, I keep getting the message that the dispatcher is not working at the moment. I thought that it might be due to the company lending a lot of people money but this has happened on too many occasions for it to be the case. Now they have all my information and I do not know what they plan on doing with it if it's not giving me loans I'm qualified for. They have a nice interface but the app itself is s**t, forgive me for the strong language. I hope the paddy micro investment people get to this review and do something about it. I was really excited to do business with them but they just killed my spirit. I have seen them answer other people's reviews and I hope they will at least do the same for me. Thank you for the opportunity.

It's a great app... Can I repay a loan before time and borrow immediately? It's saying pesapata has stopped working

The app works well though it crashes when giving info on how to repay a loan please advise on repayment process for the same.

Since i downloaded the app its just telling me that the dispatcher is not working so i am not sure this app i can recommend to anyone right now .probably if it starts working

Question is, it beats logic to accept a loan but disbursement takes more than 24 hours it so disappointing and makes no sense sort it out A.S.A.P

My loan has been pending for 48 hours. It was an emergency. I even wish you could cancel it. I'm so disappointed

The system is issuing too many loans today,try again tomorrow....frustrations for over 1 week trying daily....until when will i keep trying?

You are not serious you guys, i borrowed 500 shillings and i din't pay the first two weeks and you are reducing my loan limit after paying of all my debt before the final due date. I thought failing to pay all is what has the consequences, I think the Branch group is better than you people.

It says disbursement of approved loans is with 24 hrs...well it has been 56 hrs and still waiting and counting

I got a loan for which i was to repay weekly at 433/-for 4 weeks.on the first7days,I paid 500/-,second schendule 400/-on the 3rd payment schendule today,11.9.17,I was instructed to pay 369/-coz I had a prepayment,at 11.30pm,I decided to repay all the remaining balance totalling 792/-..i actually send 800/-and.i repayed the whole loan 7 days early!!however,my limit wasn't increased but rather decreased by 20% coz of DELAYING TO PAY on time!yet my loan isn't even recallable until 18.9.17!!kwani siku iliacha kuanza saa sita za usiku(12.00am)?This is bizzare..you guys running out of cash?
