Shortcuts to Multi Window

Android 7.0 Nougat and above support multi window feature, in which you can access two applications simultaneously. However the applications need to support the multi window mode to open them in multi window mode and not the all applications dp support the same.


For the applications those can be launched in multi window mode, you can create shortcut for any two applications those would be launched upon shortcut tap and they will turn to multi window mode.

Shortcut to Multi Window Application would let you create any number of shortcuts by selecting two applications for respective shortcut. You can give unique names to your new created shortcuts like MessengerAndMaps to launch Messenger and Maps applications simultaneously in multi window mode.

A quick shortcut can also be created for your favourite applications to launch in multi window mode from quick actions bar.


Kindly make sure the applications you are selecting for multi window mode do support multi window feature.
