Albert Einstein said "Insanity (is) doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
This is true with dieting. You start off at your current weight and set yourself a goal to lose a certain amount of weight, however, if you keep doing what you are used to do, living the way you always did, it is unlikely that you would lose any weight and more likely that you revert to your normal lifestyle. If you are fortunate enough to have lost some weight, it would be a short time before your original 'extra' weight would be 'driven back' into you by way of food intake.
Our purpose is to share some of our knowledge to successfully achieve a healthy lifestyle, optimum weight and great energy levels.
