App is good. As for the bus drivers they leave when they want to. Missed the bus again because they left early

I've had to call a cab because this app wouldn't connect and the bus driver was unsympathetic. Not pleased.

crashes when i am trying to use my pass. makes the bus driver and other passengers have to wait. also logs me out or fails to connect frequently

M70%

Major battery drain after activating ticket. In 15 minutes, it consumed 20% of my battery. Note: Battery drain only occurs after ticket activation. When using the app for its other functions battery drain is nominal.

Crashes often and does not take American Express, Buys tickets automatically (wth) malfunctions frequently

Needs to have a monthly, or weekly pass available through the app at the very least. I ride the bus pretty regularly, and having my bus pass on my phone is much more convenient. I purchased a weekly(silver) pass last week and lost it the next day. I was told there nothing they could do.

Can you possibly make an app for JTA connections users? I mean something I can reserve a trip with.

lots of freezing

M70%

This is way better than figuring out the paper bus schedules

This app is alright if you just want to take only one day worth of trips and don't have a reduced fare option. This app would be great if you could buy a weekly or monthly pass instead of just a one day pass. In addition, it would be good to have reduced fare option for those that qualify.

B70%
by B####:

No options for reduced fare customers. Uninstalled app 5 seconds after installing it. No thank you.

M70%
by M####:

Thought this app tracked busses but I don't see any option for it. It was the only thing I needed it for. Edit: The app seems fine, but the JTAlive app outclasses it in everyway other than mobile ticketing.

Downloaded the app and never used it so i uninstalled it. Now I have some sort of background/tracking of some sort from jtafla on my phone that i don't know where its hidden or how to get rid of it. Just isn't right that something like this even after uninstalled still has a need to access whatever it accesses on your phone.

used this app to buy a couple of single rides. the app used both tickets upon boarding and had to buy another ticket for my ride home. submitted a bug report. and will contact customer service Monday. not too thrilled with this app.

The app is great when it works, which is not often. Currently stuck and about to miss an allotment because it will not access my paid for pass. Every other app is working (including NextBus, so I can see the buses that I.cannot currently take). App is stuck "please waiting" trying to load my pass. Last time I prepay a ticket with this app. Lost money because of inability doesn't sit well, either)

M70%
by M####:

Well, it refused to download to my "compatible device", and when I tried to download again several times it said it was already on my phone (it isn't.) It's either a problem with this app or google.

M70%
by M####:

It sucks. You can plan a route sure enough. But for a new user to the JTA system it's easier to call the help line. Because it's difficult to read when the next bus is actually arriving. Any help would be welcomed. It should be more user interactive.

M70%
by M####:

It is fabulous when you can get it to connect but when you can't it sucks. I have had to call a cab because it would not allow me to access my paid for pass.

M70%
by M####:

The app is good for finding what bus to take and when to leave. The problems I have is where the stops are for the connection stops. The next bus app tells you the stops. It would be better for someone that don't know were they are going to know were to get off at. Cause a lot of the drivers have attitude if you ask about stops. Plus the add a ticket function takes to long to put it in the system. Did a one day pass and it took 48 hours for it to be posted.

T70%
by T####:

App is great at taking your money. Pretty good at giving you passes. Sucks at directions to get to a stop, pick up times, and ALWAYS tries to find the route that makes you take the most busses to get where you want. Needs report feature for drivers arriving too early.

The route finder is inaccurate. The map gps is crude. The only part worth a darn is the one day pass. Even then, no optical scanners on the buses to make use of them effectively.

K70%
by K####:

Too many glitches, have lost $16 from 4- day passes not working or being refunded. Not happy at all.

I've always wondered when a competent routing app would be made. You have seriously outdone yourself and jaxsonvillians are extremely grateful!
