Love,love,love this App!!! Just got this account 3 months ago for my business and I couldn't be happier with it!! Easy to log in with the remember me feature and taking sales is fast and easy.I love the payment invoice I email my customers, makes me look professional and I get paid fast!! I'm not technical,so having this very user friendly app is awesome for me!!!

This app says it stopped and I can't login as a result

They would not provide scanner because my business is too small. Nonetheless, they charge my $29.95/month from my bank account though I've not made a single transaction. It appears I will have to sue for my money back! Square Register is much better,,more features and only charges per credit card transaction. Square also lets you setup categories, items. Even do cash transactions and email or text receipt to customer.. Use Square.This bank is a thief!

Paynet Systems goes to great lengths to advertise a FREE Card Reader. GOOD LUCK GETTING ONE! The explanation is and I quote "The reader itself sells for 69.00. These are top of the line, encrypted readers. This is what you are getting at no cost." *Only AFTER you pay shipping and handling of $24.50! * My reply to that is EVERY reader out there these days encrypts the data in the reader AND THEY ARE FREE! We have been taking cards for over 20 years, just didn't need a "smartphone" reader until now. We fell for Paynet Systems offering of 1.59% and 25¢ per swipe fee. They charged over 2.02% on our first purchase! Even after a contract in hand! They do not tell you it will cost you $75 to cancel in the first 6 months, hidden on page 7 paragraph 16.1. On page 4 paragraph 7.1 (e) They also state if you "key in" more than 15% of the Total Dollar Amount in 30 days you pay a one time fee of $35, thereafter 1.5% of the Total Dollar Amount EACH MONTH (if keying in more than 15%). Without a "free reader" you key in ALL your purchases! Keying in is equal to "card not present" and usually always results in higher processing fees. This is why they don't want you to have a FREE reader! CROOKS!

Blown away by this app!

I never received my card reader/swiper. I'm still waiting to hear back from their rep and it's been a couple weeks. And to top it off it looks like they are trying to bill my account $12 for who knows what. I don't even think this company has credit card swipers to send out to their customers. I will stay with PayPal here for the time being.

I mean what I say *stop here* and get the paynet app. Not only is it great , cheaper and efficient but also you get live help and support and with that you can't go wrong. They have the time and the patience to work with you and help you continue doing your business. I speak from experience. Oh, by the way, I don't work for them. I'm a taxi driver and I charge credit cards everyday. I switched from square because the communication is thru email only and that doesn't solve my problems when needed the most.

Never received my swipe and I can never log into my account to use. On top of that, they keep taking out $17 charges out of my account without notice or explanation. I've tried 3 times to cancel my account and nobody can help. Do not use them!!!!

I feel like an expert in cc processing with this ap. Easy to use and makes me look professional and technologically savvy. Why did I wait to sign up?

The app works well but the reader is very fussy in the field. They won't provide a better quality reader. I usually have to enter the data at home which costs a bit more because I'm not swiping the card. Customer service help was good. They are sending a new reader. We'll see how that works.

Horrible Company. They Sell for other companies and sell your bank account info. After a month a was getting bank charges from different companies saying I was non compliant with there service agreements which I never made. Paynet set them up and sold off my info. BEWARE. Tried to call all they do is keep transferring you.

You must make 10$ a month using this. Or you'll be charged 10$ each month you don't. 5 Stars.

There simply are no alternatives to Paynet Systems! Phenomenal service and a suite of business solutions have completely sold me. Within a few hours my account was activated and ready for use. Tech support was LIVE and AVAILABLE the SECOND I called. You just can't find service like that anywhere else.

Can't say enough good things about this app and the service at Paynet. As a professional, I rely heavily on businesses that offer the same level of customer appreciate and enthusiasm for creating stand-alone service. 5 stars just isn't enough!

Great service someone is always available to answer my questions or help when I need it and so easy to use however it was not compatible with my previous phone I could still manually enter the card number where as with square and pay pal wouldn't work with my phone at all

This app is very easy to use and the funds are delivered in a timely manner.

They are a rip off and when you want to cancel theu give you the run around and charge you more just tp cancel. There are way better apps out there.

I love this, use it sporadically but there are no hidden fees they deliver what is promised. Been using it for 4 years now. The Bluetooth printer/reader is worth the money

Love Paynet Systems......... After trying a couple of card service companies with almost double the monthly and per swipe fees i will use no one else to process my payments. I tried payanywere and every time i did a transaction over 50$ i had too jump thru hoops to get the money credited to my account even though the transaction went thru at the time of billing for the client. Not anymore! I receive fast account payments and great customer service.

Had the app for some time now. Very pleased. Recently called with an issue about funds on hold. Even though it was 5 minutes before the end of the business day, Cindi took the time to handle my issue with extra care. She even took steps to ensure the the issue will not be recurring. Paynet is a much better service than I have experienced with other online merchant credit card services. It is very fast with great ease of operation, and very reliable. Customer service is very friendly and easy to contact. The fact that I can use this service on my smart phone has made payment facilitation very convenient and has resulted in more business. I must also mention the great low fees offered by Paynet as well. Thanks Paynet for being there.

Kudos to Fred Hogan & Cindi Stanley @ Patent Systems. As a new business owner I found it necessary to be able to take credit cards. After studying the options available, I found Paynet to be the best. They offer the best support and other perks. Fred & Cindi were extremely helpful, courteous and patient with someone who knows nothing about Smart phones. Cindi set up everything for me. I highly recommend Paynet Systems.

I had a great customer service reps name Crista she was great. She cater the services that they offer to all my needs at that particular time. The sales rep manager even called a month later to see how everything was going and she also helped with the next step up to my growing business. I highly recommend this company they truly care.

Every time I have had to contact support for any reason, it is like the tech just rolls a magic wheel and gives me whatever answer comes up. Even when I get someone whose accent is not so thick that I cannot understand them, I have been given wrong answers much more often than correct ones. But the kicker was this week when I had a customer pay with a card, the Loss Prevention department froze the funds and made me send the customer a form to fill out and had me send them copies of contracts and receipts, and NOW they want the last THREE MONTHS of my bank statements before they will pay me! The customer has assured them they approved the sale, I have never had a chargeback or even a refund, but these creeps want me to spend HOURS sending them paperwork just to complete a sale! Then they said even if I wanted to cancel/refund the sale that they were refusing to pay, I would still have a $50 discount fee deducted from my bank account!!!! Unbelievable. Will be switching to Square as soon as possible. They are cheaper anyway.
