i like the app, plain and simple.

Those of you having trouble finding the account number... Sign out then go back to The app to sign back in and it will have you select you card which will be your account number! It shows you right on the screen before you sign in. Wish I could post pics!! I just downloaded this app and I screeshotted my account number and I give it to the cashier Everytime I go. I recommend doing that then you won't have any problems. Hope this was helpful.

It does literally nothing. No navigation to the nearest store, no bar code to scan for a loyalty card. Worthless.

This app is sad. I'm almost offended by it. Makes you wonder how long the company will be around when they don't update a junk app for 3 months.

This program does not allow you to use your email if you forgot your password so. You can't check out the points

App is useless if you don't know your account number by heart. If I have to pull my card out to type it in, what's the purpose? App needs to be reworked so that a username and password is sufficient. Until then, I'm dumping this from my phone.

This app works pretty well on my phone but I would suggest showing the description of your purchases during your visits.

Can't even install this app !!!!! I left it for like 24 hours and finally cancelled the installation.

The store nearest me moved or went out of business, and it's still on my map. I went today not knowing, and I couldn't get my favorite juices.

Doesn't even list my local Red Mango! Worth less than 0!!! Immediate uninstall.

Love the app but I'm getting a FC on every reboot. Not even sure why the app is starting after a reboot.

The app seems okay to me. Had the same on mu iphone. Suddenly the android version seems to have issues.

I just downloaded this and can't register because it only allows 8 digits instead of 10 for the phone number but it says it's too short. Useless if i can't register...

Every time I reboot my phone the app starts and crashes. Not sure why it's starting, but it crashes immediately. Also, cashiers have no idea what to do with the short code given after a check-in. That's not the apps fault, but needs to be addressed for that feature to be useful.

Every time I reboot my phone I get a force close error..please fix asap

This app, for an unknow reason, autostarts when you reboot your phone and then locks it up for about 30 seconds before it offers to force close. Terrible.

Every time I restart my phone, I receive a "force close" error because the application is not running properly. I'll be uninstalling and reverting to the old-fashioned plastic card method or a piece of paper with my card number on it until this is fixed.

Every time I'm in the middle of using another app, my phone locks up and crashes. Once I can get my phone re-booted, I get error messages about this app and whether I want to force close or restart - and I never started the app in the first place. Forces me to hard reboot my phone in order to get it working properly now - and I hate having to take my cover off, open up my phone & pull the battery out 3x a day just because I can't get the app un-installed without it locking my phone up. Very irritating!

It just doesn't work. Period. Love the smoothies and frozen yogurt, but most definitely not the app!

Sitting at my local Red Mango using app to look up other locations... apparently there aren't any within 100 miles of me. Ha!

First off, the app crashes every time you open it. And then the only way to log in is by using your card number. You can't log in with your username and password, so you actually have to look up your card number. When you do enter in your card number, it will then tell you that no such user exists even though you can log in to their rewards site and see RIGHT THERE what your registered card number is. So basically, if you've already signed up, you can't use this app, because it won't let you log in to do anything. You also can't even use it just to find nearby stores, because it won't let you view locations without logging in, which, as mentioned, isn't possible.

Super convenient. Easy to check-in to get my points. I like that you can see nearby locations!

Even though my card number is correct this app will not let me sign in.

There needs to be an option to reset your password if/when forgotten. I forgot my password and there was no 'forgot password?' option

All I have to say is you should be able to see acct # when signed in-not have to sign out. The ios version has it so why doesn't this one? Makes no sense at all...please at least add that to this abysmal thing.

This is by far the worst app I have ever installed on my devices! Across all my devices I have over 300 apps and this one is absolute crap. I installed it, deleted it and just to show my displeasure I installed it again just to remove it again! Love their smoothies, this app, not so much. Wish I could give negative stars!

Not gonna lie apps not the best. Each type of phone is diffrent depend on the type of phone you have and your sevice. Read some of the comments on here ill help you all out you can still collect.your point even tho your card is not registed you wont get your 5 dollers off till it is if you cant find your card number on the app if you havr the app best bet is checking in at the location your on. Go to places and click yhe store your at. Depending on your phone your card number will show where it says accou

Gotta be the worst app ever. Installed this crap for months and honestly, i still dont know how to use this crap. Why cant they learn from starbucks or pinkberry. Make something simple and usable!!!

Red Mango is great but this is one of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It's horrible. I could write an essay on how moronic this app is.
