Bike Brigade - Enduro Team

Die BIKE BRIGADE ist, wie der Namenszusatz “Ruhrpott MTB Enduro Team” schon ausdrückt, im Ruhrgebiet beheimatet. Dass dieses aber wohl neue Grenzen bekommen hat, zeigte sich, als wir im letzten Jahr Zuwachs aus Karlsruhe bekommen haben. Dass das Ruhrgebiet aber noch weiter geht weigt sich bei unserem neusten Teammitglied aus Luxemburg, das ab dieser Saison verstärken wird. Der Schwerpunkt in unserem Team liegt auf der Disziplin Enduro, was uns natürlich nicht davon abhält auch bei Marathon-, Downhill-, 4X- und 24h-Rennen anzutreten. Unsere Trainingsstecken befinden sind überwiegen im westlichen und mittleren Ruhrgebiet bzw. für unsere südlichen Teamkollegen in der Pfalz, dem Oden- und Schwarzwald und in Luxemburg. Wir beschränken uns mit den Bikes nicht nur auf lokale Strecken sondern treten auch bei nationalen und internationalen Rennen an. Dabei steht bei uns aber ganz klar der Spaß im Vordergrund, was uns von anderen Bike-Teams deutlich unterscheidet. Bei uns gilt das Motto: „Sieger ist der, der mit dem breitesten Grinsen nach Hause kommt und nicht der mit dem besten Ergebnis!“ Wichtig ist uns eben nicht der Leistungsgedanke, sondern die Freude am Biken und das Erlebnis mit Freunden. Our training Plug are are predominate in the western and central Ruhr district or for our southern teammates in the Palatinate, Odenwald and the Black Forest in Luxembourg. We restrict ourselves with the bikes not only on local routes but occur also in national and international races. Here is our very clear but the fun in the foreground, what other bike teams clearly distinguishes us. For us the motto is: "The winner is the one who comes home with the widest grin and not the one with the best result!" Important for us is just not a sense of achievement, but the joy of biking and the experience with friends.
