Sim Fit is a simple fitness application for tracking your progress. It has a split training base approach in mind but can be used however you like.
Simply add a training day (e.g. Leg Day), add all the exercises you train on that day and start tracking. The application shows you how much weight you used last time and if you were able to successfully finish all your sets or not.
There is no complicated workout plan or extensive goals built in. Simply train, log your progress and repeat.
