Gave it a second try. Same issues, can't log in using credentials from website. Even after entering log in, account number, blab blab. Tried signing in using same credentials as for website but, said user acct/password incorrect. Tried to retrieve password, acct not recognized. Even tried setting up a new acct using information from bill. Said account information was incorrect. Usless crap. Uninstalled.
