Not really seeing the point of the app on Android. As I understood it this app was meant to be a replacement for the loyalty card you have but there is nothing in the app about that, seems a pretty pointless app at the moment
I go to Vital 2 or 3 times a week and the app saves a lot of time. Definitely recommended!
I have points on my loyalty card which I can't seem to transfer to the app. Seems like a way for Vital Ingredient to get customers to sacrifice loyalty points rather than reward them.
Just loaded £10, went to buy lunch. Lucky I took my wallet just in case. Was told the app wasn't working in the Golden Sq store, but the cashier tried anyway and it crashed his till. Felt bad, as it's a very busy lunch time. But now I have £10 loaded and no way to use it, missed out on points and any other schemes.
This app really is hopeless. About 50% of the time you just get "This app has stopped". Then you need to login with your details again. 35% of the time, you get "unable to check in, you need to be closer"... when you are stood in the shop. Leaving a success rate of about 15%. They have managed to make an app that is worse than the card it replaced. Great salads, and lovely staff though!!
Terrible and confusing. With they kept the loyalty card.
It's just a bad quality portal to a website. Useless.
Wouldn't let me sign up on the old version and this new one is the same. Unable to find credential, every time.
This app is terrible. I used to use orogo app which was much, much better. To order this app takes you to a web page which is slow to load on mobile. In short it reduces my desire to use Vital.
