Phone.com - Mobile Office

Randomly starts using major amounts of phone battery even when no use that day. Needs to monitor phone state and mute when phone is muted. Developers don't think that's needed so need to manually change ring state in app.

Can't login. Error says callerid. I've checked my settings online and everything is correct.

Love this app! Just signed on as customer about 60 days ago. The app itself is fantastic. The service itself, other issues came up but have been fixed and response time fantastic from customer service. Always ALWAYS ALWAYS room for improvements.

Still crappy even after multiple updates and ample time to get it right. For example, the SMS does not receive texts from groups. Also, sending texts is still glitchy.

I don't know how it works, I couldn't even get it to open and login.

Can't login to my extension it show 'invalid callerid', used several devices. Work only from iPhone.

Tried to sign up, couldn't even get past the 2nd screen, "pick your number."

Cannot send PDF files in faxes. The app only accepts image files..

Title says it all.

This app let's you do everything! Switch between numbers, send texts, listen to VM, have a conference call, and even fax if you're into faxing. Recent updates are working great and the UI is great.

New update fixed crashing

This company and their app has more technical problems than any other company I've ever worked with. It's one thing after another. I tried contacting them through chat, but after two tries and waiting for hours for someone to get back to me I gave up. This company is a joke. If I didn't need the phone number I have through them I would be long gone. I've lost so much business because of their technical issues I should send them a bill. It's ridiculous. If you want reliability go elsewhere.

As usual I'm having problems getting my business calls again. The app is totally useless so I was just forwarding all my calls directly to my mobile phone. However, today I noticed I missed several important calls. I called those numbers and the people told me the phone would ring a few times and then disconnect. I tested it myself and noticed the phone would ring, but it would take 5-6 rings before it would finally forward the call to my mobile, causing me to miss the call before I could answer it.

Here is an app that should work perfectly considering the service we PAY for the service. Concept is there but app needs a LOT of work. I get an email with a voicemail and NEVER receive an in-app notification. Phone tree is inconsistent and I never know if my clients are hearing the correct info. Call log is never up to date so I can't return a call. Again, we pay for this. They should make it work correctly.

It is nearly impossible to send a text and it takes forever to receive a text with this app please fix it the old app worked fine. Update: they still haven't fixed the app. It is completely useless!

This app is not reliable with notifications of messages or sending text messages. The only way to send a fax is with a photo, doesn't make sense to not be able to send a PDF fax.

Vastly improved over earlier versions. I can now receive calls over Wi-Fi without killing the battery, review the Call Log and listen to Voice Mails (and delete them afterwards).

Never had a big issue. Small issues always fixed by phoning support. Always give an express service code for priority support!

This is a great way to check on call features and access messages. I am able to have a separate business line without having to have a separate phone device. LOVE THIS SERVICE.. And Customer Service? 10STARS!

Very broken. Previous version was awesome. Will update review upon next release.

The new version of the App is very easy to use, compact, and works very well. Looking forward to more new features. Keep up the good work!

I have only had one problem with this app. If you get a long voicemail, you will not be able to delete the voicemail as the delete button is off the screen and you cannot scroll to it.

The app doesn't check the phone state. I can have my phone set to silent, but the app still makes it ring. Have to log out

Works one day then the day you really need it, nothing.

Great app with great features like recording. Easy to take business calls at preferred time.

Can't create an account as It just hangs on the Pick a Number screen with no way to proceed.

Latest update fixed some bugs and made a few improvements but now the app locks up frequently and I have to reset my phone to gain access again. Still can't rate more than 3 stars.

Beautifully designed updates guys!! Hopefully the desktop communicator will be next!

This is my 3rd review. They did fix the copy and paste of phone numbers in the dialer (thank you). When texting i type up two sentences it sends half of one. Really annoying. The interface is old looking. Feels like this app was invented when android was first introduced. you would think it would be better looking and easier to use/navigate. I recently installed this app on an iPhone and WOW what a difference. Smoother, more options, and a better looking interface. Why is that app so different?

The staff is cool, great concept however the quality suuucks wth. Please fix the updated app..its useless guys

Basically useless

Can't select which number to dial out with... No settings button within app to select number... App depends on your phone to access these options (my new phone will not) and offers no access point to select the number before dialing. Also, call logs do not update or keep current. Have to constantly refer back to full website (mobile site won't work either) to check call logs and redo settings that seem to change themselves. I have complained multiple times to customer service with no results! Ugh!!!
