Notes:

We REPLACE carrier voicemail with a more feature rich version on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint as well as others in the US and UK. Messages left on other services will still be accessible via those services but not via our Visual Voicemail app.

Requires missed/unanswered calls to be forwarded to PhoneFusion so we can take your voicemails and faxes.

Visual Voicemail is defined as managing your messages Visually. Transcription is available as an OPTIONAL PAID service that enhances the FREE portion of the service. It is not required to use the free Visual Voicemail app.

Sorry, doesn't work with pre-paid plans, such as T-mobile Flex-Pay, Simple Mobile, Family Mobile, Virgin Mobile has forwarding), MetroPCS, BOOST and Cricket users (It works for some of those with better plans). Those are CARRIER/PLAN restrictions because they do not allow forwarding.

To send a fax you need a PhoneFusion ONE number.

A PhoneFusion ONE number is a Unified Communications number where you can call multiple phones, record calls, conference, send/receive faxes, text and screen your calls. Never give out your private number to anyone again! You can get local or Toll-Free numbers or bring your own number in. This is an OPTIONAL PAID service.

Visual Voicemail Plus is a free subset of our paid PhoneFusion ONE service.

Coming from the old dial up for messages system this is amazing! No more listening to press 1 for this and 2 for that, and not knowing who the message was from. Also having the ability to send the voicemail to someone else to listen to it instantly is so useful. This is how voicemail should be as standard on every phone (especially a flagship like my Samsung s8 which it isn't). The pictures on this app preview doesn't do it justice and makes it look complicated to use but it is really clean and easy to use when you use it, easy set up too. Really nice app!

At first I was only going to give it 3 stars but someone pointed out that we are not always being pressured to upgrade for services that we don't need or prompted to leave feed back. To me that is very much appreciated, so thank you!! The last star was left off for only being able to block 20 callers, I can fill that up in 3 days! But this is the first app that I was able to find that answers my calls, and plays a "not in service" message for unwanted callers, while not allowing my phone to ring. I LOVE all of that! But with all the spam calls and telamarketers, why the limet?

Yall, this app is freaking awesome. You know what it does? Exactly what i need it to. (I bought a used LG G3, and it doesn't have visual voicemail installed. Crazy.) You know what this app doesn't do? Spam the interface with ads. Score! You know what else it won't do? Surprise you with an automatic subscription if you do one of the trial upgrades. You read that right! When your trial expires, they don't prey on your forgetfulness and sneak in the subscription at the end. Your trial just ends, no harm, no foul. Look, it's not a fancy looking interface, but that didn't matter to me as much as being able to trust the developers and not get spammed with ads. Totally awesome app.

I rarely write play reviews, seriously. I have used this app for three years and while there are some bugs, it is free and vastly better than Veriz paid visual Vmail offering (if apple offers free, come on Veriz! Really?). Sometimes there is a delay in receiving the Vmail, otherwise great. Limited call blocking, but just delete old ones.

This is the best voicemail app out there. So glad I found it. Free to set up and for 1.99/mo I get my voicemails transcribed so I can read them. (No more listen for the prompts, press 8, press 8 again). Just read it, New voicemails are bold, old ones stay there as long as you need, delete whenever. AWESOME!!

I have VV service on myy account, but for some reason it won't allow me to use the original visual voicemail app that comes on the phone. So after looking for a few options I came across this app, and I loved it. For some reason it won't allow me to use the original visual voicemail app that comes on the phone. So after looking for a few options I came across this app, & I loved it. I didn't upgrade to the pro but the free version suits me just as well. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I use the widget that shows new, read, and deleted emails on my main screen. I find it incredibly more convenient than having to call to get your voice mail. And I ended up liking it more than YouMail, because it is a bit annoying that YouMail seems to create its own contacts list.

Does what it is supposed to do. It's not a very pretty app, nor is it terribly user friendly in the interface in my opinion, but - I - had no issues with it. I see others having issues though. Setup was not a headache and app behaves as it should. Managing your different greetings is pretty clunky that's why only 4 stars.

Without a doubt, hands down the best voicemail app for Android. Have used it for years, how can you go wrong? I remember when I first installed it, and didn't have to listen with phone up to my ear, could just see who it was, and call them back - even if phone was off!

No free voice transcription. According to them visual voicemail does not mean voice transcription. Although they give you a message saying, o by the way it's not our fault that you thought you were getting transcription. They know they are purposefully misleading or they would not add the message in the first place.

I wasn't sure if the developer was staying on top of this app as the last update that I saw was in 2015 but after looking at the reviews there was a comment in March 2017 answering one of the reviews from the developer and the app works perfectly fine first app that I am 100% happy with. I am a Verizon prepaid user and Verizon does not offer the feature to have visual voicemail in the prepaid plans so this app works perfect for me

I had previously tried another app that has a higher overall rating but I was not pleased with the quality of it's default messages or with the sound quality of messages I created, so I decided to try out this app and I am glad I did. More quality all the way around, and I have confidence that these folks know what they are doing and will continue to refine and improve the program.

There is an issue with this app and Google. It's a shame because it's such an amazing app. My work around is just refreshing it when I want to see who left a message or hear my voice message. Maby not for all Google users but is easy to get used to...

In short, this is the best vm app on Android. It even grabs the phone numbers of people who block their numbers. Their support leaves little to be desired however. Probably the developers themselves who by in large have no people skills. That ego is going to get you one day.

I must admit through everything I been dealing with involving my phone malicious code vandals and malicious software. PhoneFusion has kept me updated regarding missed calls, and voicemail message I never received. Oh how I am in love with the fact I invested in the free trail that supported me. Thank You, PhoneFusion. You da best app thus far

The description Visual Voicemail as free was a little misleading. However, there is a lot of features that are beneficial for the free version. Like web access to review calls, no annoying " your voice mail box is full", along with several other features Verizon does not offer.

I don't use the other features of FAX or call forwarding but this is THE BEST Answerer I have used in the Play Store! The UI is excellent and I have not missed a message so far. It's easy to navigate and has a really nice widget. Also don't get constantly annoying emails to upgrade to further paid services like some others. All in all a pleasant trouble free app that does what it is supposed to do without fail. Excellent!

There used to be a 1x1 widget that only showed 3 lines of numbers with labels. The lines indicated new messages, old messages and deleted. Where did this widget go. It was great because it did not take up screen space. Update: Thanks to the developer. I have a new phone and a new feature of this version of android hides many widgets and you have to swipe many times to find the one I like. The developer is great and thanks so much for your fast response.

Bought my phone direct from Motorola, and since this model was never sold by AT&T, their visual voicemail app doesn't work. This app works great and is actually way better. Does everything you can imagine, notifies on voice mail, sends copy to email, allows deletion from your phone by email, etc. Tried others, this one is stable and solid. Best of all 1-time $3 payment (NOTmonthly) for everything I need (you can subscribe to fancier features if desired)

I've used the free version of this app for a couple years now. Works great. Biggest pain for me was getting notifications for missed calls turned off. Not sure why'd you'd ever want that enabled. Great that you can listen to the VMs online as well. Their free storage is limited, so don't bank on keeping a bunch saved.

I had a few questions about the app. I got a response RIGHT away every time! Very impressive! The app itself is easy to use with many options to customize to my needs. The voice messages come in almost immediately. Other apps I've used have had a few minutes delay in showing a voice message. Thank you for a great app and customer service!

First call diverts fine, then it says cannot find the mail box number or something along those lines. Then it might work later on. This isn't carrier issue hullomail seems to work fine. Tried support but didn't really help....back to hullo I guess

I lost the easy app interface to voicemail when I replaced my Verizon phone with the Nexus 5X. I was back to dialing in, entering my passcode and slogging through about 30 seconds of recorded stuff before I could hear a message, all the while not knowing who had sent it or when. This app solves all that with a very easy interface. You have your unanswered calls forwarded to PhoneFusion and they store and notify from there. No cost to user. If you want messages transcribed to text, then you can pay.

I really love this app. Without a hitch, I believe the PFVoicemail+ is better (and LESS expensive) than my carrier's voice-mail service. Since I am hard of hearing, having voice-mail transcription service is a life-saver for me. Don't have to call in to get messages, has great personalization abilities with many notification options built in, and visually appealing. It does take a bit to learn about all it offers as you go, but the initial setup went very smoothly. I highly recommend this great app!

From a paying YouMail client, this service has the potential to be great if they would offer more service related to make it conducive to the pricing plans, but instead they would much rather lose a user of this app over price matching.... Sucks if you think about it.

I just went from a Verizon monthly plan contract to a lesser version of Verizon which did not include voicemail Plus. I downloaded this app and was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use and reliable too! No problems at all. Just a little bit of getting used to. This is a good app.

Simplified UI, includes instructions. It doesn't not play with your contacts like YouMail, (Which is good as well). This app does everything I need it to do, and works Very well. I used it a year ago, and didn't like it. Try it now. Play with the settings, and let it go to work. Well done!

2012-Screw the carrier's VVM, this is way better. I've used this for over six months with no bugs or freezes. Put install path as close to root of phone as possible - never on the SD. - 7-2-2016. Just loaded this great VVM app again, because it's awesome! 6 STARS ALL THE WAY! - Great job, Phone Fusion! 8-23-2016 PF VVM Has proven to show callers' number even when Verizon was unable to.

I would probably 5 star this app, but the volume when listening to voicemails via speaker is always too and has to be adjusted for each message checked, and with headphones it can be truely damaging to your ears. I did send an email to support regarding this issue. Otherwise, for a free service, it has been outstanding to use with my Straighttalk plan, and this is the ONLY call manager that I've seen that shows the time AND date.

Iam very rarely driven to yak about how good some ones app may be, let alone say this is a 5 ***** product. So iam telling everyone if I had to pay 10.00 $ a month for this service I would feel so bad it would be like stealing.Check it out your gonna love it. Thanks.

This thing has been a lifesaver. Great for anyone who values their privacy. Easy interface allows instant control of calls and messages. Wish it offered more than ten blocked numbers, but for a free app, I can't complain. Very pleased.

I've used the free version for years, dual platform, various manufacturers & it's always worked beautifully. So simple & reliable. Numerous times, after a lost or destroyed phone, I've been able to retrieve old messages from the PF website, or deleted caller's #s from my email. Widget is best of all - a quick glance provides a status update. I absolutely love this app!!! Thanks!!!

This app works great. I have had to change phones twice and I was still able to retrieve my miss calls in between time. My faxes come through with no problems, this is just an awesome app over all to have. Keep up the good work

What works: what it is supposed to do. No problem working the app. Has nice features. Really like the functionality. What doesn't: the look. This app looks lame. I want to like it but the look might have been designed by an older person with no creativity. Give this a cool look, not old office boring dude look.

Got fed-up to get Youmail to work and later discovered you need premium plan for us Canucks. With PF Voicemail+, setup was a breeze and voicemail alerts arrive under a minute.I will most likely subscribe for the transcribe services in the near future.

I have been using this app for over 4 years now since I had a Droid Global. I am on Verizon service and have not encountered any issues through all the phones I've had since. Customized greetings for specific times, contacts etc... It's not the prettiest UI, but they update and have added features, NEVER ads for this free amazing app. Thank you for an amazing product. I can't bring myself to switch to any other product. 5 stars!!

K70%

Pretty rare that I rate an app. But this one really does what it proposed. And it does it in an absolutely flawless way. Calls to the voice box had been yesterday. With this app I get all my missed calls delivered to my email account. With time of the call which I desperately missed before. And when a caller left a message I can listen to it using my audio player on PC or tablet. It also includes a nice little widget for my home screen which notified me about the count of missed calls and new messages.

All I needed was a app to read my voicemails the ad pop-up is kind of annoying because I don't intend on purchasing the full version otherwise so far I think it's an excellent app
